"I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this restaurant. It was a terrible experience with employees who lacked basic customer service skills. I placed an online order and waited for an hour to receive it, only to find some items leaking out of the box and one item missing. When I called to inform them about the mistake, the woman I spoke to was rude and unapologetic. She tried to blame the Uber driver, but I had checked his bag before he left and knew it was the restaurant's mistake. Despite this, she refused to rectify the situation and told me to take it up with Uber. Not only did my order take forever to arrive, but the crepe was messy and unappetizing, with chocolate sauce leaking everywhere. The Oreo bash we ordered was soggy and tasted horrible. The only decent thing was the milkshake, which is easily available elsewhere. Save your money and go somewhere else. It seems like the woman I spoke to is the same one mentioned in other negative reviews. This restaurant needs to train their staff in customer service, as the current employees clearly lack these skills."
