"I booked the 3-course set menu for three people using The Fork for a very special occasion and was very disappointed with service. While I was paying the waiter (a young boy with long hair) refused to include our discount on the set menu, making us loose around fifteen euros. He said that the restaurant did not have any promotion related to The Fork even after I proved to him that I have a booking code and showed him my booking confirmation. I was very humiliated and sad. Never again. If someone else is using the discount, be aware they might not accept it."

"Had a wonderful meal with my husband, enjoying all three courses which were comfortably timed between. All dishes ordered were delicious, and drinks were made quickly. Special thanks to our server Dominic who was very attentive and friendly, to the extent of challenging bar staff/ management for having a policy of not making classic cocktails either off menu or allowing substitution of ingredients if a brand of liquor/ flavouring isn’t available. After some period of time and 20 minutes after my expected delivery time I decided to call to restaurant to find out where my order was, only to ne told they hadn't even started cooking it due to being busy. But at this point I was already too hungry to care so continued with the order and waited anyway. Yet after another 30 minutes of waiting I call again to find out where my food was And it did eventually after this last call an hour and 35. Minutes after my order had been received. Why accept the order in the first place if you cannot meet expected times and targets??? Rocco camberley used to be a good place to oder but now it's questionable. Terrible delivery estimates. AVOID IF YOU WANT FAST DELIVERY WITHOUT ANY COMPLICATIONS"

"And there were things to love: the decor and ambiance, the very friendly staff and the innovative menu…but I didn’t love the food. The menu was a combination of Asian and Middle Eastern inspired food. I wasn’t familiar with many of the ingredients, but the waiter did a wonderful job of explaining them. He recommended the Mercimek Kofte when I explained that I prefer whole food ingredients to something more processed. It looked good but I found it just average. There wasn’t a lot of flavor. My son ordered the Katsu hot dog with fries, and my husband ordered the BBQ Chicken burger with chips. My husband said his was good but nothing spectacular. My son, who’s 11 but eats like an adult, didn’t finish his because it was “weird.” I suspect our high expectations got the best of us."

"Where do I start....... we went here as a family treat on a very rare day off over the kids holidays. We had booked a table that they clearly hadn’t been aware of but we were still seated immediately. So firstly we placed our order at 2 o’clock and didn’t get any food for the next 45 minutes!! Now you might think it’s because they were busy? But no, there were only 4 tables of customers and at least 4 members of staff! Now onto the most important part (FOOD . I can honestly say that this is the worst meal I’ve ever paid for. I had the veggie breakfast (not a tricky meal!! that was disgusting. I had eggs that were so overcooked that I couldn’t cut them with a knife!’ The hash browns were the opposite as they were barley cooked and covered in cooking fat (it was all inedible . So onto my wife’s meal (naked burger and salad the burger was ok (ish but did have lumps of gristle in it! The salad on the other hand was so old it had gone bone dry with carrots that had started to go black. My wife couldn’t eat any of it and left the restaurant hungry! The kids had burger and chips that were also full of stale salad. This is the first time I’ve ever left bad feedback but felt I should share this to save others wasting money. No once did any member of staff ask if the food was ok or why we hadn’t eaten any of it! We’ve been to a few similar restaurants in Watford and all of them have been a million times better than Ed’s. We will never ever eat here again "

"We booked for a party of three, we know the location and viewed the pictures on line..What we received was really disappointing , it did not resemble the photos in any way, except for the stand it was delivered on, the minuscule finger sandwiches were a little dry, three fingers per person..The scones were fresh warm and good…There was a mini type meringue with strawberries and a minute piece of millionaires shortcake..Along with an Enormous lemon posset that was easier to drink than eat with a spoon……. nice location, but sorry this cream tea was just a very average plate of cakes and sandwiches."

"I have never seen such a large selection of vegan choices on two complete menu pages before. The restaurant offers many pizza options, as well as veggie and sojaburgers, veggie, thunder, and chicken-style kebabs, loaded pommes with tofu, and several dessert options. I had a hard time deciding what to order, but we ended up getting the vegan chicken kebab, salted chili fries, a pizza, and churros for dessert. Everything was incredibly delicious, especially the churros with biscoff sauce. I highly recommend trying them!"

The food arrived quickly and the portions were generous. I ordered the Angus ribeye from the set menu and it was cooked perfectly, I highly recommend it! The restaurant is very welcoming to children of all ages and they were happy to accommodate our stroller. Overall, the service was good, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. "I must say that I was looking for a place to enjoy some comforting pudding, and although it wasn't my original choice, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were all friendly, hardworking, and a delight to be served by. I received a warm welcome and ordered the sticky toffee pudding and a delicious mango blast (mango banana smoothie), both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, beautiful music, and a variety of tasty treats. I also discovered that they have a restaurant on the premises, which I will definitely visit on my next trip. This was my first time in Aberdeen, and I am so glad I found this gem. I sincerely hope for their continued success and encourage everyone to give it their all and believe in their dreams. "I found this restaurant to be unexpectedly pleasant! The pizzas were very large for the price paid, especially when compared to chains like Dominos and Pizza Hut. It can be difficult to find unique vegetarian pizza options, so I was pleasantly surprised to see some different choices on the menu. "We made a reservation for 7 people and arrived 10 minutes early, as one normally does. However, our order was not taken until 7:35. To our disappointment, we were told that there was no steak available, which has happened to me before at this restaurant. The food was good overall, but my coke tasted off, so much so that I began to worry I may have COVID-19 until I tried the onion rings and regained my sense of taste. I felt uneasy due to the current COVID situation and noticed that the hygiene standards were not up to par. In contrast to my recent trip to Turkey where hygiene was impeccable, at Dizzys the bottle of mayo was being passed from table to table and the utensils were left out for anyone to handle. While the food was enjoyable, hygiene and service left much to be desired."
