"Hubbard Bell is The Hoxton Holborn Hotel’s in-house restaurant, where I had the most delicious brunch last week. Few things will get me out of bed early on a weekend, except maybe coffee or good food, but on a sunny Saturday morning, I walked through Holborn to have a hot cup of coffee and some rib sticking grub I ordered the sourdough pancakes with browned sugar and pineapple with a strong cup of black filter coffee. The avocado toast with poached egg and the full english breakfast looked super tasty; the bacon was seriously thick cut.
