"We had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, with staff that were both warm and friendly. The dining area was very comfortable and clean, and the food, wine, and beers were all great. What more could we ask for? Well, we were truly impressed when my partner requested a bottle of Rosé Prosecco. Although the staff informed her that they didn’t have it, the manager personally came to our table to apologize for the oversight. He offered us a bottle of English sparkling rosé as a substitute, and to our surprise, it was provided at no extra charge. This is a perfect example of exceptional customer service—they truly went above and beyond. Will we return? Absolutely!
