"Had a meal here tonight with my girlfriend. Been wanting to try this place for a while as the exotic meats really sounded appealing. We arrived without a reservation after the gym amd were seated quickly, the manageress(luca? was the only FOH member working but this didnt stop her giving friendly efficient service, not forgetting to check if we needed any further drinks and always doing a check back on our courses. My girlfriend is vegetarian so she reluctantly came with me to this venue, but her cauliflower starter was very nice, and she said the vegetarian burger was the best shes had in a while, the calamari was great, and my tri of meats was absolutely beautiful,the concept that it is cooked in front of you is very good, as it takes pressure of the kitchen and is a good talking point for the table, allowing you to cook to your taste preference. I honestly cant recommend it enough. When receiving the bill i was shocked at the prices (didnt bother to look when ordering , i would have happily paid 10-20% more than what it was. This has been the best meal out ive had for a long time, cant wait to come again."

"My 2 daughters and myself went for lunch Had some some lovely food, I chose salt and pepper sui mai starter followed by fire cracker king prawn and boiled rice, one daughter had special fried rice and salt and pepper chips which were lovely!! Or her daughter had crispy beef. Mind had quite an after kick to it, but i thoroughly enjoyed it. And we were served by a lovely gentleman named Sam."

"The PAD restaurant was not open. I waited 5 mins or so for the host to tell me the restaurant was closed and food was being served in the bar area instead. It was not great trying to eat dinner on a settee with a low table. I ordered off the set menu with the bar person and sat down. 10 mins later I was told that what I had ordered on the set menu was not included. Bear in mind the bar person should have told me this from the start. I ordered a starter and main course. The food was average but the the entire visit took one hour and fifty mins and I was eating on my own. Service was very poor. I would not eat here again on my next visit. The menu did not offer great value. £15.00 for burger and chips is extortionate. The beer was flat and was swapped three times."

"From the moment we walked in, we were not greeted or acknowledged, even though I had made a reservation for a table. Eventually, we were seated and ignored until I had to ask for a menu. We ordered food and drinks, but there was a long wait for our drinks to arrive and even longer for our food. The first burger looked good but was missing the fries, which came later. The burger was called the "Big Mic" and was described as a double patty burger. However, to our surprise, it was just a single patty cut in half and placed in the bun. When we questioned this, the waitress became defensive and called the manager over. The manager tried to justify the single patty and offered to refund one burger, which was not acceptable as we had ordered two. We were then given the option to only pay for our drinks or return the food, but we decided to eat what we had since we had already waited so long. When we tried to use a discount card we had, we were told it wasn't valid because it didn't include alcohol, even though it clearly stated 25% off the total bill. The waitress's attitude was unacceptable and rude throughout the entire ordeal. The manager eventually agreed to adjust the bill according to the discount offer, and we paid and left. The waitress continued to be rude and even swore at my partner as we were leaving. Overall, the service was poor, and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone."
