"First time I've used B&B's, and I've not been disappointed. I decided to swing by on my way to work, to have a Burrito for my lunch, at work (over in Portsmouth) The Burrito I had was the chicken fajita. It was RAMMED full of food, and well packed. It had been double wrapped too, ready for an extended journey! When I got to finally eat it 2 hours later it was still lovely and warm. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend this place. The property itself is very clean and tidy, with friendly and helpful staff. Great value and all ingredients are very clearly fresh. I'll be visiting again, and likely to make it a Friday lunch treat when this period of my shift comes around again!"

"I've visited this restaurant a few times, and each experience has been wonderful. On this occasion, I went for an early midweek dinner around 5 PM, which meant the place was nearly empty and somewhat lacking in atmosphere. I ordered the Beef Chimichanga, and it was really delicious. My dining partner had the fajitas, which were also great. The staff member who served us was attentive and friendly. Like many places these days, the prices have increased, and we did flinch a bit when we saw them on the menu. Overall, it was a good experience, but it felt a bit pricey for a midweek dinner, especially since we both only ordered soft drinks."

"The table we were given was dirty with a grain of rice and bits visible. The salad with my burrito was limp and off colour. It didn’t look appetising. It was difficult to get the waitresses attention and she forgot my sauce. When I asked her for it again she just smiled and walked off. Maybe an apology would have been a minimum expectation?"

"RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. No promotions after 12am . OK fine, no problem. I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked have you never been to a pizza shop before Ofcourse I have but I haven 't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please I responded. Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of are you not British/ you don 't know how to speak English I immediately thought to myself. "they sat immediately, but wanted to be in our own room and was said we can't sit wherever we like, as they are short personal. that was a Monday night. about other employees had begun to sit shortly after. so that at the end of anyway the place could be taken as the restaurant was also very quiet. the food was ordered and came out as expected, but we needed some changes to our order. tammy chimichanga had a soak that I didn't want, and the kitschige tortillabrot came very crispy and burned. the total quality of the food was not great and had to ask if articles should be removed from the bill, as did not want to wait for another dish while my friend had already begun her meal. they insisted on getting me another dish, but I was not willing to wait the extra time if it should come first properly. I came out to eat at the same time as my friend did not eat at different times. we sat near the kitchen and everything we could hear was that they played their own music there. a blonde waitress stood in the same position for a good min.- half an hour not really do something."

"I usually order from Pizza Italia without any issues, but recently I feel that their quality has declined. I have never had any problems before, but tonight I ordered a couple of wraps and unfortunately, my tikka wrap was stone cold and my friend's wrap was not hot either. After speaking with the manager, she insisted that the wraps were freshly made, but eventually agreed to replace them. However, when the replacement wraps arrived, I realized that the salad was also hot, indicating that it had been microwaved. I was very disappointed with this experience and although I was willing to forgive their mistake, I was surprised to find out that they had blocked me from ordering again after leaving a review. It seems that Pizza Italia is not open to feedback and opinions, as they continue to block customers for expressing their dissatisfaction. I have raised this issue with Foodhub in hopes of getting a refund and warning others to be cautious when ordering from this petty establishment."

"I love the vegan pizza option at zizzi, but the choice is quite limited. I would rather visit their restaurant more often if they had only two or three more options to choose from. these options are good. they always have beautiful olives, especially the spicy, and the vegan cheese on the pizza is really good. the staff is always super friendly, and I love the venue itself, its always a great mood and the open kitchen area is a beautiful function."

"It was 2 degrees outside, and about 10 degrees inside. I asked why it was so cold and was told the heating was broken. This should have been explained when we entered. Most people inside we wearing coats. the service was also very slow. That didn 't bother me too much until the end when we were still sitting there with plates around us and no offer of a desert menu. I asked for the bill and at the same time explained my thoughts on our evening there and that I felt the poor service and faulty heating should be reflected in our bill. 10 mins later I was told that they won 't be reducing our bill. I said ok, please give me your managers name and I will take it up with your head office. He then came back with the bill with a deduction of £5 for which he said I will get this in the neck later for giving me a deduction. £5 off of a bill for £90 is bare minimum and then the unnecessary guilt trip. This restaurant has a major problem, evidenced by the recent reviews on here. The food has definitely gone down hill and the service is frustratingly bad because it 's such basic things they are getting wrong."

"Had a trip here today and this is a specific post about the security and customer experience team following the loss of my phone. Long story short but the team, from the nice Irish cleaner/sweeper who I first panicked to, to Charlie in the security team, Paul the customer experience manager, and chatty Richie, the friendly PCSO, they were brilliant. The shops were notified, one person checked Facebook (thank you to the manager in I crack) and it was tracked down, located, collected returned to me!! Honestly team sweeping into action! It is only a phone but its scary to think how much many of us would lose if we did lose them! Thank you all involved and the lady who initially found posted my phone as lost faith in humanity restored!"
