"I initially made a reservation through Open Table, but when I arrived, they had no record of my booking! As a result, there was no table available for the four of us, and we had to wait for one to open up. However, they offered us a drink as a goodwill gesture. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary, and I found it to be a bit overpriced for what we received. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, which improved the experience somewhat."

"The food was served generously and piping hot, and it arrived in a timely manner. Our waitress, Kai, was outstanding—she was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience. She even managed to persuade my wife to try a side of spicy baby potatoes, which was quite amusing since she typically avoids anything spicy. I had a good laugh at that! Overall, the staff was quick and attentive, providing the kind of service every restaurant should aspire to. Other chains could certainly benefit from sending their staff to the same training as these folks. Thank you all for a lovely evening!"

"Not a bad place for a pre gig meal. Shame about the front of house staff. I'd booked a table but got stuck in train delays and gig crowds so arrived exactly 15 minutes late. However, the table was booked so we asked to be seated only to be told we were late and couldn't have our table for at least half an hour. They said they only allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, at which point I reminded them I had arrived at exactly 15 minutes past the hour and it was only the fact that they'd spent so long telling me I was late that the time had clicked over to 16 minutes past the hour. After some to ing and fro ing (and me getting quite stressed and cross) they reluctantly led us to a perfectly nice, perfectly empty table. Other tables were cleared also, so it seems they were just being stroppy and defiant what strange customer service. Shame, because the serving staff were lovely, and the food ok. Just whatever you do, don't be late!"

"We randomly decided to pop in for some food after some Christmas shopping and wow I'm so glad we did. It was the first time we'd eaten at a Chiquito restaurant and were spoilt for choice as it all sounded so good. We decided to go for one of the sharing platters so we could try a few different things. Service was great, we weren't waiting around long at all and the food was incredible. There were two mini burritos which were packed with the filling, so good! Three pulled pork tacos, even better! And four chicken quesadillas... to die for! Oh and a pot each of sour cream and salsa. Everything was so flavoursome and filled us up nicely. Even though I was struggling with the last couple of bits I could not stop eating. I'm now thinking of an excuse to go back again!"

"It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. Given the huge mark- up and profit on takeaway food; and the size of McDonald’s as a company; I expected better : from the food, from the restaurant and from customer services ."

"After a meeting in the city, my colleagues and I decided to unwind at this restaurant. We had previously frequented other chains in the area and often encountered a lackluster experience with unenthusiastic staff and uninspiring food. However, this visit was a delightful change. The employees seemed genuinely happy to be there, even during the bustling holiday season, and the manager was outstanding. Our meals arrived quickly, the portions were generous, and, most importantly, they were delicious. While we chose not to indulge in drinks during work hours, the holiday cocktails looked tempting for those looking to treat themselves. The Christmas decorations were truly impressive—who would have thought of a Mexican-themed Christmas? Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"This is the second time I've been here and both times have been brilliant! Greeted at the door with a friendly smile and shown to our table with a smile on his face. Our waiter came to take our order and was also very friendly and polite throughout the whole lunch. Both times I've been here staff have been incredibly friendly, they are a credit to the restaurant! Our food came promptly and was delicious! The portions are a lot more generous than they look and we all left feeling very full and satisfied. Vouchercloud do a 20% off mains voucher on certain days which was valid on a Sunday so got £8 off the bill. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!"

"I had an exhausting dinner that lasted three hours. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't what we ordered. I had to go to the kitchen myself to speak with the chefs in order to get our order corrected. Additionally, I had to return to the parking meter to add more money, as I had suspected that two hours wouldn’t be enough for dinner."

"Came over the weekend on the off chance we could actually get a table they usually tend to be packed Saturday nights (for good reason! me and my boyfriend tend to be pretty useless at being able to book a table if I’m perfectly honest but that conversation can wait for another day. Food is always good here. We stick to what we know and get fajitas pretty much every time. We’ve been served by quite a few different people over our visits but I can also say that each time the service was really good."

"What we can say we where shocked from what staff knows about menu and communication of supervisor/ manager the mixed raced guy. We believe his name is Prayus. We ordered nachos for a starter and enchiladas for our main. When nachos arrived we asked for...a cheese sauce on a side and cutlery and been told that they run out of sauce.I then asked a waitress how will they make our enchiladas as it has jalapeño cheese sauce and she asked- oh is there ? Then turned around and went like we assumed to ask a chef something but never came back. No one asked us do we still want an enchiladas or we want something else because there was no cheese sauce. So I called the manager over ,no apologies followed nothing ,he only asked do we want something else so we ordered paella double up. After we got our food we had no side plates no cutlery again to eat with, but the waitress sorted it out after we asked for it. But it came dirty !!!!! One of the forks was Sticky like no one washed it, dirty paella spoon and another wonky fork We asked to get a fresh cutlery set but no success. So I had to call manager over again. He didn’t seemed bothered at all about our complain. Again no apologies.He ASKED us do we want a CLEAR fork. Obviously we did . And when he bring it, he wasn’t bothered to take the dirty one (not used by us)away .managers communication was awful. We definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone and also we won’t come back. Very very disappointed. Only good thing was that paella was tasty."

"Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses chatted while a queue was forming behind us Sat down at a table where there had obviously been a child as there were fries on the floor that were not cleaned up The waitress took our order and came back 5 minutes later as she couldn’t remember 2 of our drinks Waited 10 minutes for the drinks and 20 minutes for food The pasta had very little flavour but the garlic bread was nice,no bruschetta so maybe tell people that when you sit them down as 3 of our party then had no starters The drinks are the Maoist expensive on the coliseum and they are the only cashless restaurant there and encourage you to use the QR code in the table to pay to save them time,they don’t worry about getting a tip as again the only restaurant on the coliseum to add a service charge Definitely not worth the charge as service cleanliness and food nothing special"

"We made a reservation for 7:45pm, but called ahead to let them know we would be arriving at 8pm. They assured us it would not be an issue. However, when we arrived promptly at 8pm, our table had been given away. We did not have time to wait for another table, as we had already warned them we would be arriving late. Sadly, we left without having dinner. It was truly disappointing."
"Service was amazing, food was lovely. The serving staff really were so good and nice. An also quick very helpful. The only thing I was a bit upset about, was the fact that when u tip them via card payment they get 10 percent taken away and goes to the company. But if you tip them in cash they keep all of that. So next time I will definitely make sure I tip in cash. These servers are young just trying to make their way and i feel they should get all tips no matter what. Other than amazing people amazing food"

"great tapas and soft drinks. recommend the mango ingwer bier that has a small kick and is presented so well. very much they enjoy the diverse colorful and easy to see menu they offer here and especially love the sea cat 241 Sun-Thursday offer they do what makes when super affordable with my bestie for freky fajitas swing and we share a chike and pulled swarm and a sizzling steak between us to mix it. I could not press in a desert, but they do my favorite mint choc chip ice here, so will try to test it next time. if they ask, they may have additional flour tortillas to ensure that they show up and eat all their fajita meat and paprika. the service can be a little slow so they leave time to enjoy their meal when they are planning to watch a movie after that."

"I can get here on a busy Saturday, but I had a reservation and I was very disappointed. first, the service was terrible, we had a table over a table and we had to wait for half an hour until our table is ready. when we finally sat, the terrible service continued. Once we set ourselves and got our menus, they asked us our order, some of us even had our hunting. I felt quite awkward. we ordered our food quickly and waited for 45 minutes until the dishes arrived. many of the courts were missing. one of the members of our party ordered a pornstar martini who came half empty and the shot of prosecco almost did not exist. we then complained to the manager who said: "No worries about it we will get them a new one and they can keep them as an excuse." but the new pornstar martini did not appear until we had almost finished our main thing. the nets were warm and they forgot so many parts of our dishes, for example forget the packs for the fajitas, the dives with our starters and much more. When the evening came to an end, I was glad to go. we asked about our bill and when I checked it, I found out that we were accused twice for the pornstar martini and all the other extras we never got. we asked to remove what the waitresses seemed hesitant, so had to wait to talk to the manager. the manager was attentive and removed this charger, but it was not a good experience. I will not come back soon."

"I had never been to a Nando 's before so this is my first visit review. I was surprised how busy it was, so I guessed that it must be popular, I had to wait 15 minutes for a table to become available, that wasn 't too bad as we grabbed a drink and sat outside. It is a sizable restaurant and there are quite a lot of staff, we were called when our table for 5 adults became available. Then this is when it lost 1 star, no explanation as how to order, luckily we had one of my nieces with us and she had been to a different Nando 's many times before. So, everything is done on your mobile phone, scan a barcode on the table and create an account to be able to proceed, if my niece hadn 't been with us we wouldn 't have had a clue as to how you place and pay for your order, maybe I am just getting old and I am out of touch with the new protocol 's. After having a guided tour of what was entailed we placed our orders and the food and drinks started to arrive, this was staggered and we all started eating at different times, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I don 't like the fact that you have to create an account and provide your email address just to order food, this I fear will lead to a barrage of emails from partner companies etc. What happened to the good old waitress/waiter service? they brought the food and drinks to the table, so why can 't they just come to the table and take the order? Some of you may read this and say this guy is out of touch maybe I am and I will take that comment on the chin, however, what about the older generation that still don 't have mobile phones? As I said, the food was delicious but I don 't care much for the faffing about the technical way of ordering food."
