"Came over the weekend on the off chance we could actually get a table they usually tend to be packed Saturday nights (for good reason! me and my boyfriend tend to be pretty useless at being able to book a table if I’m perfectly honest but that conversation can wait for another day. Food is always good here. We stick to what we know and get fajitas pretty much every time. We’ve been served by quite a few different people over our visits but I can also say that each time the service was really good."

Lovely variety of Mexican food, churros were a bit disappointing but the meal was delicious, would go back again although quite expensive

The dining experience was exceptional - the staff was welcoming and friendly. I can't wait to come back with my family. The breakfast was delicious and rated a perfect 10 out of 10.

I have been here only a few times and I find it a little frustrating. Foods average but the cocktails are great and I always enjoy them. For me the service is a little patchy and I often have to flag a waiter down for more drinks etc. It’s good value overall but needs a little more training for the servers. View menu

Food and service were excellent, the waitress was very attentive and the food came quickly. The quality of my burrito was second to none and the missus really enjoyed her street food. We'll definitely be coming back soon. The only downside is that due to the price its not exactly somewhere two recent graduates could go on a regular basis, though thats probably a good thing for my waistline! Altogether a great spot for a dinner out, 4/5

Upon our arrival, a staff member greeted us and escorted us to our table, presenting us with menus. Shortly after, a waitress approached to take our drink orders and promptly delivered them. After taking our food orders, we found the menu easy to navigate and made our selections quickly. I enjoyed a delicious burrito. The menu was clear, the atmosphere was authentically Mexican (which I appreciated), and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely return!

much more common than not, helpful staff, decent eating, can wait a bit if very busy but understandable! Eating tastes in the regular fresh, good value, great selection of drinks, could do with a few vegan choices, very good gluten-free and vegetarian options. 25% military discount on the production of a valid service or ex-service card, which is also very generous. puddings a little short on the choice, but are excellent. all sizes of table seats are available. "We stayed here ten years ago and thought it was wonderful and worth every penny. We were so excited to return, but really Disapointed. The grounds are lovely and we were pleased with our room. The children loved the outdoor space and the pool What really let us down was the food and service. There was no luxury here. The family dining choices were poor. The children's meal was bad one had fish gougons and sweet potato fries which were very salty. The other two had pizza, the small was served as half a pizza, the large was a conventional round shape. Both were shop bought bases (cardboard) with grated Cheddar on the top. Something I would not feed them at home let alone expect in a supposedly high end dining. My husband's steak was chewy. My main, whole plaice with creamed potatoes, the potato was served in a ceramic dish and it was cold. It was taken away and then took ten minutes to return by which point I had eaten the fish. The food was incredibly expensive considering how poor the offerings were. The next day we ate a very late lunch in Bath so we would not have to eat at the hotel. The breakfast buffet area had some nice items but was really understocked and allowed to run to empty. The staff functioned but not at a steady rate, we found the service slow and the staff disinterested. Such a contrast to our previous visit. The person in charge we found sullen and felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. When we walked through to the dining areas we would hop out of the staff'so way for fear of being bulldozed. When we left the receptionist was polite but did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. A week later I had an email to complete a survey and nobody got in touch despite the same feedback as given here. Very dispointing. Lovely room and surroundings but poor food and poor attitude from staff. Last year we stayed in a hotel that cost 65% less than Wooley Grange and had a much better experience."
