"I wanted to make a review because this place has changed quite a bit and felt the need to share. I'll split it into sections. Food: Nachos/ Nachos were good, problem is the portions are tiny between 3 adults we maybe had 5 tortillas each. Imagine taking 15 tortillas from a Doritos bag and that's your portion. Bit of a joke. loaded fries/ I had these fries which was between 6 7 pound mark they came with some toppings. I expected it to be loaded, but nothing special about it at all. Another tiny portion. southern fried burger/ my partner had this and looked the as you'd get in the spoons. Spoons is actually better than this. For something so expensive you'd expect a bit more quality. fajitas/ her sister had the fajitas and it looked nice. Again a few small bits of sliced chicken and some dips. The profit mark up on the food must be amazing. For over 17 quid for some small sliced chicken and a few mini wraps. Its taking liberties drinks/ we had 2 Pina coladas and 1 Paloma. Paloma was decent, the Pina colada was average at best. They have changed recipe and it came with ice but thick small pieces. This drink used to come blended and more of a frozen type cocktail. Service I mean it was ok but very basic. Our server had as much enthusiasm as a potato. Leaning on the table while taking our order. She looked like she hated being there. Some people should not be in hospitality. They did do a check back from the manager and the manager bought the food out. I was so disappointed in the Nachos I was going to refuse to pay for them. But we did anyway. Both me and my partner have worked in hospitality for a long time and we know the industry quite well. when food quality is average at best and price is high. This is not a good sign. We used to like coming here the portions were bigger the drinks were better, the service was better. The food was better. I don't know what happened but I won't be returning. If you want a decent burger head to 7bone just along the way. Way better food and portions. Should of known not to go. The place is always quiet but eh oh. Hope you find my review helpful guys. If your in Camberley look at other options as this is not the best place to eat. Thanks"

"The attention to detail from the staff in respect to allergies is exceptional. A great range if foods for vegans vegetarian and meat eaters alike. The burritos feed at least to adults or one very hungry one. Decor is comfortable and in keeping with the theme. The recycled beer bottles and bottle caps as light fittings is a nice touch."

"Tonight we served by Osman from Bristol Cribbs Causeway who gave us exceptional services, his courtesy, incredibly friendly, attentive, recommendations, and nothing is too much trouble for him He took our drinks order and asked if we’re dining out for a special occasion we told him it’s our Ange’s 70s birthday, Osman wishes Ange a happy birthday and immediately offered a free birthday drink for Ange which make her so happy and over the moon, after that he took our foods order I always ordered Xinxim, however Osman explained to me your restaurant stop doing it because allergies issue so he recommended another dish for me which was so delicious, he’s definitely having a thorough knowledge of the food in your restaurant As Osman walked pass our table he noticed we’re having a trouble to take a group picture so he offered to take few pictures for us, thank you Osman for your attentiveness to our table What a lovely night to celebrate Ange’s 70 birthday, delicious food, exceptional services from Osman and atmosphere, definitely go back We haven’t received such an exceptional services for a long long time, we are so pleased Osman served us and he is a credit to Las Iquanas"

"EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Why did i say this at the start, we kept staring at menu wondering what it was , as most dishes would have it . We went there on one of the bank holidays. There was a wait time about 5 mins. We were served by a friendly staff. Learned kids get juice and ice cream as part of the meal deal. We opted for panosso. I was expecting a small sandwich but what we got was a large sourdough bread sandwich. It was quite a portion and we had to take leftover home (they don't mind) . Overall for 2 person and 1 small kid the cost was £19 to give you a cost perspective . There is definitely lack in the the type of filling used (chicken) but there are plenty of other places to go. When it comes to authentic Italian food with quality ingredients which can be quite good for your body, this is a good place. We will be back for a pizza (son ordered it) it was delicious"

"Was great to be able to eat at Bella Italia again . Sadly missed some items from the old menu, in particular the seafood pasta dish which was my favourite and myMums. We did however enjoy the pasta and prawn dish we selected instead. We were very disappointed by one of the starters we chose (I know they don’t call them starters now) which was the ravioli. As you’d expect it was described as being parcels containing a filling. When we tried them they were empty parcels. Very disappointing. They were removed from our bill but this dish needs addressing as no one is going to find them acceptable."

"This was our first visit to this restaurant, but it certainly won't be our last. We ordered the enchiladas with hot and volcanic sauce, and they were absolutely delicious. "I initially made a reservation through Open Table, but when I arrived, they had no record of my booking! As a result, there was no table available for the four of us, and we had to wait for one to open up. However, they offered us a drink as a goodwill gesture. "I am a big fan. I had an amazing service, the waitress was very helpful and kind. My fiance eats gluten free, but she was still able to eat a nice meal with us. "It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. Given the huge mark- up and profit on takeaway food; and the size of McDonald’s as a company; I expected better : from the food, from the restaurant and from customer services ."

"We randomly decided to pop in for some food after some Christmas shopping and wow I'm so glad we did. It was the first time we'd eaten at a Chiquito restaurant and were spoilt for choice as it all sounded so good. We decided to go for one of the sharing platters so we could try a few different things. Service was great, we weren't waiting around long at all and the food was incredible. There were two mini burritos which were packed with the filling, so good! Three pulled pork tacos, even better! And four chicken quesadillas... to die for! Oh and a pot each of sour cream and salsa. Everything was so flavoursome and filled us up nicely. Even though I was struggling with the last couple of bits I could not stop eating. I'm now thinking of an excuse to go back again!"

"my eating was great, the starter was nothing special, but the steak was amazingly soft without chew or fat bits, even if the garnels were a bit burned, so I would say it was a great meal. However, the person I had ordered the same got quite nothing but fat and chewing bits with her steak, so I would say that it is a bit of a hit and miss when it comes to the quality of the food here. but the staff was very friendly and understanding. they even gave us a ticket for a free meal at the next visit and free desserts. so everything in all cannot try too much in any case at least."

"We ate at this Chiquitos for the first time. I am Coeliac and have to be very careful that there is no cross contamination in my gluten free food. We were given a gluten free menu on arrival. Our waitress Sam was absolutely amazing and...did everything she possibly could to ensure that my meal was totally gluten free with no cross contamination, even checking my food and drinks choices against the iPad menu to be absolutely certain it is safe and personally washing my cutlery again before giving it to me to ensure it hadn’t accidentally come into contact with any gluten. The food was really good and we will definitely be back again soon. I wish that every restaurant was as careful and helpful as Sam was at Chiquitos."

"This is the second time I've been here and both times have been brilliant! Greeted at the door with a friendly smile and shown to our table with a smile on his face. Our waiter came to take our order and was also very friendly and polite throughout the whole lunch. Both times I've been here staff have been incredibly friendly, they are a credit to the restaurant! Our food came promptly and was delicious! The portions are a lot more generous than they look and we all left feeling very full and satisfied. Vouchercloud do a 20% off mains voucher on certain days which was valid on a Sunday so got £8 off the bill. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!"
