"Called in for a meal before going to cinema. Had booked through an agency but this had not been notified to Chiquitos when we arrived (bad marks for Open Table . However, the 'meet and greet ' lady at Chiquitos was really delightful and sorted a table for us without any fuss at all. She made us feel very welcome and the rest of the staff were very attentive and friendly as well. Good food. No delays. No problem getting everything sorted before the cinema. Would recommend for pre- (or post- cinema meal. Looked like a 'buzzy ' place to meet for a meal with friends. Will certainly go back."

"I love the vegan pizza option at zizzi, but the choice is quite limited. I would rather visit their restaurant more often if they had only two or three more options to choose from. these options are good. they always have beautiful olives, especially the spicy, and the vegan cheese on the pizza is really good. the staff is always super friendly, and I love the venue itself, its always a great mood and the open kitchen area is a beautiful function."

"It was 2 degrees outside, and about 10 degrees inside. I asked why it was so cold and was told the heating was broken. This should have been explained when we entered. Most people inside we wearing coats. the service was also very slow. That didn 't bother me too much until the end when we were still sitting there with plates around us and no offer of a desert menu. I asked for the bill and at the same time explained my thoughts on our evening there and that I felt the poor service and faulty heating should be reflected in our bill. 10 mins later I was told that they won 't be reducing our bill. I said ok, please give me your managers name and I will take it up with your head office. He then came back with the bill with a deduction of £5 for which he said I will get this in the neck later for giving me a deduction. £5 off of a bill for £90 is bare minimum and then the unnecessary guilt trip. This restaurant has a major problem, evidenced by the recent reviews on here. The food has definitely gone down hill and the service is frustratingly bad because it 's such basic things they are getting wrong."

"Received excellent customer service from Nicola (going from the name on the receipt) I had ordered mojitos Appleberry this was sweet but i liked it, also the Passion fruit mojito was nice not as sweet as appleberry. Had Nachos for starters was very fresh. Chimichangers were chicken very well made, not greasy as they are fried. For dessert I had 8 churros was very nice, fresh crispy although would have liked the chocolate dip to be thick like nuttella would have been perfect. Overall very happy with my visit. One of the only few that have survived the pandemic. Will be returning"

"Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses chatted while a queue was forming behind us Sat down at a table where there had obviously been a child as there were fries on the floor that were not cleaned up The waitress took our order and came back 5 minutes later as she couldn’t remember 2 of our drinks Waited 10 minutes for the drinks and 20 minutes for food The pasta had very little flavour but the garlic bread was nice,no bruschetta so maybe tell people that when you sit them down as 3 of our party then had no starters The drinks are the Maoist expensive on the coliseum and they are the only cashless restaurant there and encourage you to use the QR code in the table to pay to save them time,they don’t worry about getting a tip as again the only restaurant on the coliseum to add a service charge Definitely not worth the charge as service cleanliness and food nothing special"

"We made a reservation for 7:45pm, but called ahead to let them know we would be arriving at 8pm. They assured us it would not be an issue. However, when we arrived promptly at 8pm, our table had been given away. We did not have time to wait for another table, as we had already warned them we would be arriving late. Sadly, we left without having dinner. It was truly disappointing."

"great tapas and soft drinks. recommend the mango ingwer bier that has a small kick and is presented so well. very much they enjoy the diverse colorful and easy to see menu they offer here and especially love the sea cat 241 Sun-Thursday offer they do what makes when super affordable with my bestie for freky fajitas swing and we share a chike and pulled swarm and a sizzling steak between us to mix it. I could not press in a desert, but they do my favorite mint choc chip ice here, so will try to test it next time. if they ask, they may have additional flour tortillas to ensure that they show up and eat all their fajita meat and paprika. the service can be a little slow so they leave time to enjoy their meal when they are planning to watch a movie after that."

"My friend and myself were going to Frankie and bennys for breakfast , it said on the door that they opened at 9 , this was on Thursday! Frankie and benny staff informed us that they were only opening at 10we went to chiquitos instead I am so gad we did the breakfast and service was amazing , was back this morning again ! "Honestly, this was a huge disappointment. We had previously visited Chiquito in Dunfermline and loved it so the expectations were high. The service was ok but nothing special, the girl who served us seemed quite bored and like she didnt want to be there but did her job fine I guess. The food arrived suspiciously quickly I got the gluten free king prawn fajitas, the skillet wasn't exactly sizzling and my meal got cold quite quickly. The flavours were good though, the fajitas had loads of onions and barely any peppers but other than that it was pretty good. There definitely could have been more salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cheese on the side, also they were all in one small bowl and got mixed up together into a gross mush. My partner ordered a torta which cost £14.99 I think? and the portion was TINY! absolutely not worth the price. Ended up spending £40 on 2 sad main courses and 2 beers and left feeling annoyed and kinda hungry. We didn't mention this to our waitress because there was nothing exactly _wrong_ with the meal, it just really wasn't worth the money at all. I still love chiquito, I just think you could do so much better :"

"I had never been to a Nando 's before so this is my first visit review. I was surprised how busy it was, so I guessed that it must be popular, I had to wait 15 minutes for a table to become available, that wasn 't too bad as we grabbed a drink and sat outside. It is a sizable restaurant and there are quite a lot of staff, we were called when our table for 5 adults became available. Then this is when it lost 1 star, no explanation as how to order, luckily we had one of my nieces with us and she had been to a different Nando 's many times before. So, everything is done on your mobile phone, scan a barcode on the table and create an account to be able to proceed, if my niece hadn 't been with us we wouldn 't have had a clue as to how you place and pay for your order, maybe I am just getting old and I am out of touch with the new protocol 's. After having a guided tour of what was entailed we placed our orders and the food and drinks started to arrive, this was staggered and we all started eating at different times, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I don 't like the fact that you have to create an account and provide your email address just to order food, this I fear will lead to a barrage of emails from partner companies etc. What happened to the good old waitress/waiter service? they brought the food and drinks to the table, so why can 't they just come to the table and take the order? Some of you may read this and say this guy is out of touch maybe I am and I will take that comment on the chin, however, what about the older generation that still don 't have mobile phones? As I said, the food was delicious but I don 't care much for the faffing about the technical way of ordering food."

"It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. Given the huge mark- up and profit on takeaway food; and the size of McDonald’s as a company; I expected better : from the food, from the restaurant and from customer services ."

"We arrived at 2:30 PM and placed our order within ten minutes. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time. By 3 PM, I inquired about the long wait for our food, but the waitress couldn't explain the delay. I had already prepaid to ensure we wouldn't be late for a movie starting at 3:20. By that time, my two children and I were becoming frustrated. Once again, the waitress was unsure why our food was taking so long. At 3:25, I requested a refund, opting to grab a snack at the cinema instead. The manager approached us and promised that our food was on its way. Just a minute later, it finally arrived. Unfortunately, the tacos were soggy, and the chicken in my salad was dry. We ended up feeling rushed to eat. I would advise avoiding this restaurant unless you're okay with waiting nearly an hour for subpar food."

"I recently celebrated my grandmother's birthday here with my family. The service was a bit slow, but we did visit on a Saturday. The food was fresh and served hot! I really enjoyed my appetizers, the jalapeño poppers, although the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste—I have diabetes, so I have to be mindful of my sugar levels. "Wonderful food reasonably priced great hosts again top marks to Vinod and the team hear, had tandoori roti lamb chops succulent tasty not like the hard leather at some places masala Dosa is crispy and fresh sambar spot on and the coconut chutney perfect spinach and chicken curry tasty and fresh, chicken tikka masala traditional and creamy chicken jalfrezi moreish and the egg cury great, not to mention a proper Indian chai in an authentic metal cup with bowl just how it should be, ambience is great unhurried but the team especially Vinod are attentive, met the owner who is more concerned just like the team on you as a customer enjoying your evening and meal, have been lunch time and evening and recommend anytime, they were also super busy with takeaways but you do not notice this all food served fresh hot and perfect just wish see had space for desert and if you ask for specifics for instance I asked for my jalfrezi to be extra spicy they did just that, also asked about my next visits meal deffinetly recommended if you fancy a good clean authentic Indian meal, can either go with the family or equally with a few friends it is homely and also a good place for many occasions. Do not mind paying for quality as the quantity is great and it is not heavily priced like some central London restaurants. Yet again I tried to take some photos of the dishes but as fast as it comes out from point of order it goes down just as quick, also to add note you do not get upset stomach after a meal a massive thumbs up and thank you to the team and chef."
