"What we can say we where shocked from what staff knows about menu and communication of supervisor/ manager the mixed raced guy. We believe his name is Prayus. We ordered nachos for a starter and enchiladas for our main. When nachos arrived we asked for...a cheese sauce on a side and cutlery and been told that they run out of sauce.I then asked a waitress how will they make our enchiladas as it has jalapeño cheese sauce and she asked- oh is there ? Then turned around and went like we assumed to ask a chef something but never came back. No one asked us do we still want an enchiladas or we want something else because there was no cheese sauce. So I called the manager over ,no apologies followed nothing ,he only asked do we want something else so we ordered paella double up. After we got our food we had no side plates no cutlery again to eat with, but the waitress sorted it out after we asked for it. But it came dirty !!!!! One of the forks was Sticky like no one washed it, dirty paella spoon and another wonky fork We asked to get a fresh cutlery set but no success. So I had to call manager over again. He didn’t seemed bothered at all about our complain. Again no apologies.He ASKED us do we want a CLEAR fork. Obviously we did . And when he bring it, he wasn’t bothered to take the dirty one (not used by us)away .managers communication was awful. We definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone and also we won’t come back. Very very disappointed. Only good thing was that paella was tasty."

We decided to try out Chiquito after hearing about their new menu, and we were not disappointed. Our server, Kirsty, was delightful and made us feel very welcome. It was clear that she takes pride in her work and we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely be returning and hoping to have Kirsty serve us again. View menu

We went here on 04/01/16 at 3pm were greeted seated straight away by Flavia who was most helpful very friendly throughout our time here. The food was top quality our drinks were good value for a restaurant generally we were happy with this visit which was our first (not done Chiquitos before) certainly wont be our last. We did intend to go to Nandos but the chaos lack of organisation in there was horrendous which was fortunate for us !! M K (Derbys)

Significant improvement is needed! Firstly, I want to mention that the waitress who served us was very friendly and honest about being new and still learning. However, there were issues with the tablet system used for ordering, as it listed items differently than on the menu, causing confusion. Initially, we ordered halloumi fries, cheese fondue, vegan garlic pizza, and bread as starters, but what we received was cheese fondue, chicken wings, and a non-vegan pizza and bread. Luckily, we noticed the mistake before anyone ate the non-vegan items, but it could have been a serious problem for our vegan guest.
