"Ordered Wings Platter, Fries and Garlic bread. This has been my regular order for the past six online Uber Eats orders. Disappointed is an understatement. The wings were some cheap GMO type not as tasty as previous orders, the fries were cold and pale and the wrong order of Cheesy Garlic bread instead of the ordered Garlic bread. Decoded I would contact Pizza Pepper to complain (before writing this review) in order to give the company thechance to do the decent thing and reticfy the order with grace. Wishful thinking! The staff member stated that was the garlic bread. I had to explain that to her that there are three differenttypes of garlic bread and that on a previous order I was sent Garlic Pizza bread instead of garlic bread but let that slide. Another occasion I ordered the Peri Peri Half Chicken, the meat flesh was grey and tasted off. Disgusting. Not today. I waited 25 minutes for a replacement of Garlic bread to be sent and in line with there 'Poor customer service ethos ' they were stone cold. This will be the last time I order from this appalling company and avoid eating this poor value food. Imagine, they have been open since 2013 and for the best part of 6 years I avoided buying from them. Wish I had avoided this service altogether. No respect for their customers!"
