Awful food quality and taste isn't great although food was delivered hot and fries were actually great! The pizza base was awful and my son had dioreah 10 mins after eating the chicken fillet burger then to have dioreah through the night it was quite a bad ordeal. Would not order from there again sorry

not acceptable to wait 1 hour and 40 minuets for food after being told between 45mins and a hour.. then for the delivery driver man to call and say he dnt no where to come!! then expect me to pay for cold food.. no thank you!! not the first time this has happened not even a sorry WILL NOT BE USING PEPPER PIZZA AGAIN!!

Waited over an hour for food that had been preordered and then ignored when I kept asking how much longer. Finally, Management said they would refund me but wouldn't give any proof that would happen and then ignored me again. Floored a business would treat a paying customer like this. Terrible service arrogant- I don’t eat from anyone who has a bad attitude. You can’t trust them to help with your food with care. . What was the worse Was his rudeness. If I could give them 0 starts I would. Absolutely bad customer service. Ordered a extra large pizza and hardly had any toppings on it, the chips were burned. I don’t eat cheese so i asked for extra sauce but hardly got that too and when i called and told them I wasn’t happy they tried to charge me £14 for them to exchange the pizza. Will never order from this place again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is disgusting. How dare they deliver food like this! We enjoyed a night out and came home and ordered from here. We waited over an hour for our food. My partner didn’t reciebce his chips and I opened my combo box to find burnt food. It felt as though they think because we rang late and had had a drink we would eat whatever they delivered. I will be taking this box back up tomorrow and demanding a refund. This is disgusting. I wouldn’t expect food like this eating out so I don’t expect it from a delivery. I have spent an inordinate amount of take away money with Pizza Pepper Selly Oak. They even told me on one occasion that I was there best customer! So, you can imagine my disappointment when they get an order wrong (I know that this happens, but it's how you deal with it that its important) and proceed to try and fib me off with £1.50 pence of my £15 order. Not good enough, sorry. So, we agree that next time I order that I should phone the shop (rather than placing my order online) speak with the Hector, who I have just spoken with and a £5 discount will be offered. I made an order online to get a call two minutes later, with a man saying ‘ your order has been cancelled you need to go online and order again’. I tried for an explanation and asked about the money I had already paid but he just said order again and put the phone down. So I cal back and ask about my refund if I’m going to order again, as obviously I’m not going to pay twice. Ordered Wings Platter, Fries and Garlic bread. This has been my regular order for the past six online Uber Eats orders. Disappointed is an understatement. The wings were some cheap GMO type not as tasty as previous orders, the fries were cold and pale and the wrong order of Cheesy Garlic bread instead of the ordered Garlic bread.
