"My experience with Big Daddy's was extremely disappointing. When my order first arrived, the driver only brought the milkshake and none of the food. After calling the restaurant, the person I spoke with laughed and, only after involving the manager, they agreed to resend the order. I was assured the replacement would be freshly made and delivered hot. However, when I opened the bag, it was full of condensation, the packaging was soaked, and the food was cold and soggy, with the pizza box falling apart from moisture. When I called again to complain about receiving the same cold food instead of fresh, the staff member bluntly told me to use a microwave and showed no concern. I was shocked by the rude attitude and lack of any effort to make things right—no apology or compensation was offered. The food itself was bland, low quality, and essentially inedible. I will not be ordering from Big Daddy's again."

"We never ordered food from these guys before, which makes it worse for a first time experience...ordered some chicken burgers over the phone. When the delivery came, had a weird smell to it and the classic chicken burger was absolutely disgusting. Just had one bite and found that It was raw, under-cooked and made in old oil and was cold in the middle which shows the burger being was not cooked properly. Called the guy apparently 'Ali ' about the feedback and he gave heap loads of attitude back! Really terrible service! WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! Wouldn 't recommend to anyone!!"

"Ordered Wings Platter, Fries and Garlic bread. This has been my regular order for the past six online Uber Eats orders. Disappointed is an understatement. The wings were some cheap GMO type not as tasty as previous orders, the fries were cold and pale and the wrong order of Cheesy Garlic bread instead of the ordered Garlic bread. Decoded I would contact Pizza Pepper to complain (before writing this review) in order to give the company thechance to do the decent thing and reticfy the order with grace. Wishful thinking! The staff member stated that was the garlic bread. I had to explain that to her that there are three differenttypes of garlic bread and that on a previous order I was sent Garlic Pizza bread instead of garlic bread but let that slide. Another occasion I ordered the Peri Peri Half Chicken, the meat flesh was grey and tasted off. Disgusting. Not today. I waited 25 minutes for a replacement of Garlic bread to be sent and in line with there 'Poor customer service ethos ' they were stone cold. This will be the last time I order from this appalling company and avoid eating this poor value food. Imagine, they have been open since 2013 and for the best part of 6 years I avoided buying from them. Wish I had avoided this service altogether. No respect for their customers!"

"This place fell off so bad, a couple years ago used to be on point, the other day i bought a munch box. For £9.99 tell me why the wings were dry, they were so small. The burger fillet is not how it normally is. They used to have a big chicken breast fillet, but this was think, seems like they butterflied the chicken breast to save costs. But that was not the biggest problem. The biggest problem was that there was barely any fries. For starters i get it, its loaded fries. There was nothing loaded about it. And the fries were just about covering the bottom of the box. It was only three mouth fulls of fries there. I would have expected at least more fries. Its potatoes, doesnt cost an arm and a leg. This needs to be fixed up. And if they giving this half hearted food. At least give me a drink. And there was no reduced drink price because I bought a munch box. They charged me normal price. "I have only been here once, so considering I was a new customer, I had higher expectations. When I first walked in, the lady at the counter was on her phone with her airpods in, and didn't seem to care much when taking my order. However, she was not rude so I didn't think much of it. I ordered the peri peri strips, which were very nice and flavourful, but she had told me it would be a 10 minute wait and instead it was a 20 minute wait. Normally, I wouldn't be very bothered by this, but the reason it took so long was because she was too busy talking and laughing around with the other workers, while I was still waiting for my food. She kept going on her phone and still had airpods in, which is unprofessional as you usually wouldn't do this in your workplace. Aside from the unprofessionalism and the long wait, I noticed she also kept coughing openly without covering her mouth, which is just disgusting. I will not be returning."
