"I have only been here once, so considering I was a new customer, I had higher expectations. When I first walked in, the lady at the counter was on her phone with her airpods in, and didn't seem to care much when taking my order. However, she was not rude so I didn't think much of it. I ordered the peri peri strips, which were very nice and flavourful, but she had told me it would be a 10 minute wait and instead it was a 20 minute wait. Normally, I wouldn't be very bothered by this, but the reason it took so long was because she was too busy talking and laughing around with the other workers, while I was still waiting for my food. She kept going on her phone and still had airpods in, which is unprofessional as you usually wouldn't do this in your workplace. Aside from the unprofessionalism and the long wait, I noticed she also kept coughing openly without covering her mouth, which is just disgusting. I will not be returning."

I was informed that it would only take 15 minutes for my pizza to arrive, but in reality, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Sadly, this is not the ideal place to dine if you're in a hurry.

The chicken was served raw and cold, not cooked properly at all. There was no heat applied, just lukewarm sauce poured over the raw chicken. This is extremely concerning and poses a health risk. Coventry council should investigate this issue.

It's hard to find a good, simple, cheap chicken place nowadays, but whoever's running this place now is off to a great start. The price was fantastic; the people were nice and friendly; the food was served in less than 5 minutes, and it all tasted just right. We'll have to keep going back to try different parts of the menu!
