"Seriously, don't order from this place unless you want your money, time and consume terrible food. It's just one of the worst fish and chips and kebabs I've ever eaten. The fish and chips were boiled and the amount of oil and fat on it was laid by this world. The Kebab Special was atrocious!. I never had a kebab covered with cheese sauce and had such a high quality and tasteless meat that was on the edge of the finish. the chili sauce tasted strange. More than 75 percent of the entire meal went into the container"

"Not sure if this venue has changed hands but its definitely took a nose dive. Slow delivery, driver didnt have right change and we ended up out of pocket. Forgot some of our order too! Ordered a Margarita Pizza and ended up with Cheese n...bean Pizza! Why would you? It was awful. Chicken was dry and inedible. Shame as it's location is prime and very visible. Cleanliness has always been good, as is the price, but serve up poor quality food and you'll end up out of business. Not a good experience.... "A nice lunch. . For starters . My lunch companion ordered the loaded bacon and cheese potato skins, he attested to them being delicious. . I opted for Chicken goujons, always a winner. Crisp, tender, and a beautiful dipping sauce. . Onto the mains. My companion had a hankering for fish and chips, we joked that it was a small portion. However he was happy with the freshness of the fish and crunchy batter. We hadn’t mentioned the portion size to anyone in the restaurant, it was unexpected however welcome when an additional slice of fish was delivered by the server. . I decided to try the BBQ Cheese Chicken Wrap, fantastically moreish. I was disappointed when it came to an end."

"Firstly then didn’t have the reservation for the table, however we did get seated. The seat wasn’t great, outside far away, enough to be forgot about. I am Gluten Free and ordered a carbornara with chicken. When it arrived there was lack of cheese sauce on the carbonara and the chicken was foul. It was defrosted but you could tell it wasn’t nice, my partner tasted it also and spat it out. I found a server and told him, he advised that this was not made in house (microwave meal really) it was defrosted and served to me. Now for £13 I really grudge this. I asked what was made in house...he hesitated so I asked about the pizza he said yes, i had this instead. It was ok, edible before the concert. This is the second time I have been to a FB’s and have had disgusting food. This will be the last time. My partners food was ok he said nothing special."

"We booked a table but our booking was showing from their side. Lovely staff member got us a table. Staff were very attentive. Food was amazing. The cake that comes with the coffee is smaller than expected even though it says small piece. Kids loved their brownies and Ice cream. The only thing for me is perhaps the bathrooms could be abit cleaner. The door to the females toilets was very grubby."

"The service at this restaurant was excellent. We made a reservation through an app and received a 40% discount on our first order. Our order was taken promptly and the food arrived quickly. The chicken and mushroom penne was hot and delicious. Despite the busy atmosphere and background noise typical of restaurants, we enjoyed a nice view of the Ocean Terminal from our table."

"I'd gone off F&B's for a while but today the food was good. The fries were a bit over fried and the coleslaw looked liked it had been left out in the heat but otherwise the garlic bread with cheese, the Cajun chicken wrap and ice cream sundae were really good. The major complaint was it was really hot and there was no air conditioning. We also hot £10 off with the app ! Staff were really nice too."

"I understand that it was Mother's Day, but a reservation should not have been accepted if there was no possibility of being seated close to the scheduled time. My group of six, including two young children, had to wait by the front door for 25 minutes past our reservation time. We were then instructed to wait at the crowded bar, which was being used as a makeshift waiting area. Eventually, we gave up and left as it seemed like there was no organization or control. The staff blamed the delays on the kitchen, but it appeared that they had lost control of the situation. People were cutting in line and being escorted directly to the bar, with no consideration given to those who had been waiting. It was clear that the restaurant was not prepared for the busy Mother's Day rush."

"First of the lady that served us , Tracy I believe her name was , she was fantastic, could not ask for a better service, breakfast was good and well priced although I'm not a fan of mushrooms cooked in oil , I'm more of a butter person. The decaf coffee was top notch , I found the decor to be warm and inviting, seats were very comfortable and the atmosphere in general was good , I'd say a 9 out of 10 score and would definitely return...as long as we get a chat with Tracy again ....such a fun soul"
