Spoke with the manager who was rude, unable to deal with accordingly and actually had no experience in handling with issues. One person missed off for drinks and another wrong item arrived on the table when the food did arrive. Lovely food but well over priced and no service to match"

"The service was excellent, they went above and beyond for an 18th birthday celebration by adding balloons and giving a complimentary dessert. The cocktails were fantastic, and the portion sizes were generous. Prices were reasonable for a restaurant in London. It was a beautiful afternoon/night overall!"

"We have always been a fan of Honest Burger and tend to look them up when in London. However tonight’s experience was poor. Had to ask for a menu after sitting at our table for a number of minutes. The server was apologetic but you need to do better, spend less time chatting to the Deliveroo guys and focus on the Customers in the restaurant. But I’m afraid that the state of the toilets will mean we won’t be coming back. I reckon festival toilets are in better condition than the ones in Meard St. They were dirty, smelly, and in a poor state of repair we will miss the burgers but not the dining experience."

"The orders were mixed up at this restaurant, the salad was dry, and the cucumber looked like it was sprouting another life form (as seen in the picture). When I called to complain, I first spoke with a woman who seemed new and didn't know much, so I was transferred to another employee who was very rude. He tried to claim I was at a different address and said they always have problems with me, even though I am not at the address he mentioned. He abruptly hung up on me."

"Seriously, don't order from this place unless you want your money, time and consume terrible food. It's just one of the worst fish and chips and kebabs I've ever eaten. The fish and chips were boiled and the amount of oil and fat on it was laid by this world. The Kebab Special was atrocious!. I never had a kebab covered with cheese sauce and had such a high quality and tasteless meat that was on the edge of the finish. the chili sauce tasted strange. More than 75 percent of the entire meal went into the container"

"I ordered kebabs for me and a friend last night. when they arrived, they were completely burned and the chips tasted. my friend called them to say they were burned and unusable, but halfway through the conversation they put on him....When he called back to ask for a refund, they said it was not their fault, it was burned and then they began to say that they were closing, so nothing they could do. they didn't even apologize and I paid for eating that we gave to the dog. I'm not fussy, but it was like coal. they must also improve on the salat side. it is missing and no chilis. I will never use this place again. they sent out terrible food and refused to return my money. the most expensive piece of dog food."

"I have ordered from this restaurant through their website about 15 times last year, and it has been consistently fantastic. I would rate the taste 8/10, where 5/10 is an average supermarket frozen pizza. Recently, there was a mistake in my order as they gave me wedges instead of garlic bread and cookies were missing. However, since I live on Miskin Street, the food always arrives hot, though I can't speak for the delivery to those further away. The family deal for £28 is great value for money, providing enough food for a midnight snack and the following day. When reading the 1-star reviews, take them with a grain of salt as people often only write a review if their experience was either terrible or outstanding. I have consistently seen high-quality food delivered before midnight, so I believe any issues may arise with late-night orders or long-distance deliveries."

"Thanks so much for a lovely meal, we visited today for my partners birthday, we was served by Emily. She was very pleasant always on hand when we needed to order something else. The food was amazing! And the atmosphere was great. There are a great team of staff who seem very happy to work there as they were all very bubbly and friendly even though the restaurant was very busy. They didn’t seem to be under any pressure. There was also another member of staff who was making a fuss of young children which I thought was very nice to see. Overall very nice F B. "We got to the door of SHE, the bouncer saw what she assumed was a female and a male, and refused entry. Absolutely shocking behaviour, in all places where one should feel safe and accepted, the bouncer was not accepting of us. We were two white people, who knows if it were different if we were not. Shocking, humiliating, and actually rather disgusting. I only hope this bar hires more accepting people without stigma’s, it completely ruined the experience of Soho, and an iconic bar like that should know better. Not fair, not right, absolute prejudice. The surrounding bars were far more accepting, and that pains me writing that, as I had high hopes. I’ve seen men inside SHE before, having a great time, but this was an absolute abuse of power from a unjust door person."

"The food was delicious and the staff were very charming. The restaurant had a charming Louisiana atmosphere, which was a nice touch. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to something beyond their control. Unfortunately, there was a group of people celebrating a birthday with several young children who were very loud. The noise level was so high that it was hard to enjoy our meal, so we ended up having to eat quickly and leave."
