"I ordered kebabs for me and a friend last night. when they arrived, they were completely burned and the chips tasted. my friend called them to say they were burned and unusable, but halfway through the conversation they put on him....When he called back to ask for a refund, they said it was not their fault, it was burned and then they began to say that they were closing, so nothing they could do. they didn't even apologize and I paid for eating that we gave to the dog. I'm not fussy, but it was like coal. they must also improve on the salat side. it is missing and no chilis. I will never use this place again. they sent out terrible food and refused to return my money. the most expensive piece of dog food."

"I went to the restaurant to inquire about the buy one get one free promotion advertised on their leaflet. The server was unable to provide me with any information and didn't even know the prices of the pizzas he was serving. There were no individual prices listed on the menus, only their set price offer. Unfortunately, you couldn't combine the offers, so I left without ordering and went somewhere else. It was a waste of a trip. I do not recommend this restaurant as the staff and server were clueless."

"RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. No promotions after 12am . OK fine, no problem. I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked have you never been to a pizza shop before Ofcourse I have but I haven 't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please I responded. Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of are you not British/ you don 't know how to speak English I immediately thought to myself. I 'm being victimised because I wanted to know what the toppings were. It wasn 't even that busy. I took my business down the road to speedy pepper No racism there)."

"This takeaway is not worth any stars at all. When placing the order I was given a delivery time for an hour after ordering, At I phoned the shop to be told they were very busy and the rain was causing problems. I was assured our food would be with us in ten minutes. Half an hour later I phoned again and complained that our delivery was now an hour late. I was given the same excuse. They really couldn’t care less. At we finally got our food. Lukewarm and really not worth the wait. I would not recommend this takeaway even if it was the last one open. No customer service at all."

The ingredients are all fresh, and the thin pizza base is perfect! "Went to Ken's Kebab on Friday night on Albert Road. I do not usually write reviews but on this occasion I had to. Firstly, the service that was offered was very poor. No attentiveness, smiles or basic customer service skills. The lamb shish I ordered was burnt and dry. They caked it in chilli sauce. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. It was like eating a leather boot that had been trekking in the Sahara. The chicken wings were hard, overcooked on the outside, tasteless and still **** on the bone. A case of gastroenteritis if we continued to eat. When returning to pick up the missed burger, a simple sorry was offered. Again very poor customer service. All in all I would never go there again and would not recommend to others either. If your drunk on a late weekend bender, then this may be acceptable to that group of people. I don't drink and I do not have a dog either. I wish these kind of establishments would cater for the wider non drinking population, that try to enjoy takeaway treats and avoid running to the loo throughout the night."

"Terrible. I ordered momos, Everest lamb and steamed rice. You get about 10 momos with the broth and side which is acceptable for £10. On a first bite yes they are nice but then you look and realise they are all far too uniform and are shop bought absolutely not made on the premises so I could have zipped to oriental express and got some for the freezer! No happy. The broth was a bit bland. Then we move to the curry do you think the customer is stupid? I could taste allspice and it hadn’t cooked out so was horrible and overpowering. The lamb was as tough as old boots so had not cooked off enough either. I was gonna give leftovers to my teen son but I chucked it down the toilet instead as I want him to know quality and this was not how Nepalese food should taste. What sort of clowns are running this parade?!!"

"I have attempted to place an order with this restaurant twice in the past two weeks. This used to be one of our favorite places to order from. However, on both occasions, the order was cancelled without any explanation after 15 minutes. Additionally, when trying to reach them by phone, there was no response. We have experienced issues with this restaurant in the past, which we initially thought were isolated incidents, but it seems to be a recurring problem. We will not be ordering from them again, which will result in a significant loss of business for them."

"It took nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive and I still haven't received it. I'm frustrated because when I called, they said it was on its way, but when I checked the Just Eat app, the driver had been delivering my food for an hour with no explanation for the delay. I won't be ordering from here again. I was really looking forward to enjoying some delicious chicken after a smoke, but it was a total disappointment."
