"My experience with Big Daddy's was extremely disappointing. When my order first arrived, the driver only brought the milkshake and none of the food. After calling the restaurant, the person I spoke with laughed and, only after involving the manager, they agreed to resend the order. I was assured the replacement would be freshly made and delivered hot. However, when I opened the bag, it was full of condensation, the packaging was soaked, and the food was cold and soggy, with the pizza box falling apart from moisture. When I called again to complain about receiving the same cold food instead of fresh, the staff member bluntly told me to use a microwave and showed no concern. I was shocked by the rude attitude and lack of any effort to make things right—no apology or compensation was offered. The food itself was bland, low quality, and essentially inedible. I will not be ordering from Big Daddy's again."
