"Chelsea Rd Deli came under new management in January. It is now run by Giuseppe, with the excellent Kerry still there to assist. The atmosphere, standard of service and range of food available immediately improved. Then came the lockdown, Giuseppe quickly adapted to a takeaway...service, and the deli has gone from strength to strength. In this hot weather iced lattes are excellent, but he does a fine cuppa too. Filled baguettes are mouth watering and made to order. There are some lovely Italian delicacies and food to eat in is fresh and well presented. Hygiene rules are well maintained, and service is friendly and welcoming. And all this when Giuseppe is just 19 years old. He is a fine young man who works extremely hard. I hope everyone will continue to support him in the future. Christine Sivyour."

"I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and found the prices to be quite reasonable, ranging from £10 to £20 per person. The food was delicious, earning a rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also satisfactory, receiving a score of 4. The atmosphere, however, could use a bit of improvement and received a rating of 3. I would highly recommend trying the Fried Chicken, Pepperoni Pizza, Wings, BBQ Chicken, and regular Pizza dishes. "It was very easy to order our pizza for delivery from this restaurant on Sunday, October 15th. We decided to take advantage of their BOGOF deal and ordered their largest size. Unfortunately, both pizzas had little to no BBQ sauce, my pizza was burnt, the chicken was hardly noticeable, and there was a sparse amount of onion topping. It was difficult to determine what exactly was on top of my pizza, and it arrived cold. Overall, this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I called to complain and was told I would receive a discount on my next order, but I expressed doubts that there would be a next time after this disappointing experience. The person on the phone apologized, but I made it clear that the pizzas were awful and the worst I have ever had. We will likely go back to ordering from a different pizza restaurant in the future."

"been going here since i can remember cheap prices decent food overall they have GREAT pizza and u can ask them to do pretty much anything good chips decent burgers nice chicken great sausage pretty good kebab great service never gotten my order wrong they don't speak the best English but if i can understand i think u will be fine they sometimes forget to give me my drink with my meal but just remind them they also sometimes charge 20p for cheese or dont idk why it is really hot in there and its pretty big so if u want u can place ur bike or scooter inside they wont mind i would give it a 3.5/5 pretty good place would recommend i see alot of people giving bad reviews sorry but u must have been a as*hole or something cuz i have been polite they have never messed up anything Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"Have to say decided to give this place a try because of it rating, so glad we did the staff especially he brother who runs the place was absolutely lovely, we ordered online but the brother phoned to confirm the order and ensure number was correct, had a lovely chat, they delivered the food early which was a lovely surprise, the food itself was lovely nice tasty chunky chips along with lovely well cooked onion rings and the pizza was absolutely delicious, would recommend this place."

"I typically don't write reviews, but as someone who used to frequent this restaurant and considered it a favorite place to order from, I am extremely disappointed. My friends and I were having a party and ordered takeout, but only half of our order arrived. We didn't realize this until we started unpacking. I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing items, but the person on the phone was rude and accused me of being a liar. After some back and forth, they assured me that the missing items would be sent out, but they never arrived. Despite multiple calls, the situation was never resolved. I reported the issue to Uber Eats, but they only offered a partial refund. This experience ruined our Saturday night and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again unless they address the issue with their staff."

"We ordered a mixed kebab with garlic sauce and a shish kebab with chilli sauce, along with a side of chips. Garlic sauce contain more herb than garlic and as my pregnant wife is violently sick with most herbs apart from Parsley this was not a great experience, the shish kebab needed a bite compression akin to that of a great white shark in order to actually become remotely edible, I tried to chew a piece but I kept having flash backs of my grandparents telling me I could not leave the table until I had finished my piece of meat and I had to wave the white flag of surrender on this one, as I would still be chewing it whilst in my grave...... tough, raw and without a doubt inedible. I shall not mention the abuse from the man whom seemingly cooked the food( laughing out loud at this cooking malarkey) I know it is a common error but I am certainly not his friend as he suggested. On a plus side the chips were ok, crisp and hot. We complained to just eat( ironically named with the meal we couldn’t eat) and it will take up to 72 hours( farcical) when it takes 30 seconds for them to take your money. Rant over.... in short please give this abusive, unfriendly and kebab shop a wide berth as it is such a great display of just how not to give great customer service. It would seem that the customer is most definitely always wrong as the man whom cooked our food was just simply to busy and the owner apparently wa out delivering the “food”. As I am in Turkey next week I shall enjoy a seriously good kebab and make a point of calling the chef my friend."
