Took 1 hours and 45 mins to arrive turned up stone cold and the chicken was burnt to crisp not eatable.

Been eating here for decades, the have always looked after me on the rare occasions the order was inaccurate, they quickly rectified it compensated me. Lovely, friendly staff too! Thank you, Adam

Had a pizza and wasn't cooked, they then replaced it and still very undercooked base. Phoned to get our money back as wasn't satisfied with the food at all, was told no and we wouldn't get anything back . The manager on the phone was very rude and not professional at all, no masks were worn as we drove past at a later time. Never again.

I order food from here regally and it’s normalty decent. But tonight I ordered and nothing turned up and after 2 hours I’ve called up and theyve said they’ve knocked on the door already which is a lie. Asked to have my food made again as I’ve paid for it and they full out refused. I was shocked and appalled. Currently getting a refund from just eat.

I ordered my food from there yesterday 8/01/2021. It was cold and tasted like it was gone off and when I called to say this to them. They had a go at me on the phone and told me to never call them again. Well they just lost my business. So if you want a,poor services and food that taste like it’s out of date and a rude guy on the phone then this is the place for you but if you don’t want that then avoid it like the plague.. Ordered food from them as I have before and it was good. Waited to hours for it so chased them up POLITELY over the phone several times to receive abuse from the people on the other and to be hung up on. I was incredibly polite and patient the entire time but was only met with rudeness and abuse. Was told to go to them the next day for a refund, to which I went later that night and received my refund, but never got an apology at any point during this. I seriously recommend you look elsewhere, because the food is not even remotely worth the horrific customer service. Genuinely shocked such a place is still open.

Horrible customer service. Usually north end kebab is our go to kebab shop, however we won't be ordering from here ever again. Place an order at 19.06 (delivery time is advertised as up to 45 mins on thier website), after 45 minutes we called the shop and was told our order had been made, and the delivery driver would be collecting it. Just after an hour we called again and was told our order hadn't been made, and there was no drivers to deliver our order. After 90 minutes we tried to call again, however our calls were purposely not being answered. Food turned up at 20.40, and was cold. Will not be using North End kebab again.

Most disappointed I’ve ever been from a takeaway food center, was over an hour and a half wait. The delivery driver said he knocked the door 3 times and called me. I’m sat in the living room adjacent to the door and my phone has been In front of me all night. Not one knock and not one phone call. Found out food was left on my door step after trying to call 5x. Once they answered and told me it had been delivered I opened the door and my food was there,Freezing cold.phoned the company and they handed me to the delivery driver who denied everyone and when I questioned him, hang up. I’d personally never give these people my money or time again absolutely disgraceful!! Order total was £15!! View menu
