"Super steak and so it should be at the price. Felt let down by service. Only stayed an hour and a half, felt rushed and a nuisance at times. Drinks took ages but plenty of staff downstairs. Spent £133 would have stayed longer and spent more if felt welcome. No reserve signs on tables which were mostly unoccupied and as had booked well in advance surprised to be given prob the worst table. First visit, not sure if we would return, don't mind paying £30+ for a steak but want whole customer service experience as well."

"Ordered via Deliveroo.... Firstly, the order was late (this is the second time now) The breaded mushrooms were over cooked and tasted like the oil used to cook them was old. The bottle of Pepsi was flat. The lamb was over cooked and so dry. The chips were overcooked and oily. The pizzas tasted strange, like the dough was not fresh before making. The Nuggets tasted like they'd also been cooked in old oil. Plus, it was all cold. Everything to be honest was very bad and was basically put straight in the bin. considering spent over £50 is not acceptable. As I said this is the second time I ordered from them and it was late, again but I thought I'd give them a chance, after this never again."

"The restaurant was poorly managed, very quiet, and lacked any ambiance. We had to wait a long time for someone to take our order and were disappointed to find that many dishes were not available, including crocodile steak. The only exotic meat option was zebra. Despite my 11-year-old son being too old to be classified as a child, they did not offer any child-friendly options. We were served a burnt burger with no cheese and fries coated in a spice my son couldn't eat. It took a long time to get our bill, which was overpriced and included a 12.5% service fee. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. I don't mind paying for quality food, service, and atmosphere, as I recently had a great meal in Florida for over £300. The Zulu dish at this establishment was far from a pleasant experience or tasty bite. Overall, it was a complete letdown."

"Best beer in Aberdeen. Lacks food but order in or pop round the corner to Brewdog to get a burger and then come straight back for those post dinner beers. Did I say best beers in Aberdeen... nah... "One evening during our stay in Oxford, we decided to explore the dining options on George Street. We noticed a colorful and uniquely decorated restaurant across the street that caught our attention. Craving Thai food, we entered the restaurant and were impressed by its spacious layout on multiple levels. The friendly host guided us to a cozy table downstairs, where the decor resembled a bustling Thai street market. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and we started with a Lychee gin fizz and a refreshing Singha beer. For appetizers, we enjoyed the flavorful Chili Squid before diving into our main dishes of Spicy Seafood Noodles and Fried Organic Tofu with Cashew nuts and steamed jasmine rice. The food was delicious and generously portioned, with the Spicy dish made milder to our liking. We made sure to save room for the indulgent Mango Sticky Rice dessert, which provided the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The attentive and friendly service added to the wonderful dining experience, and we found the prices to be reasonable. "I love this place! I was a few times. The first time I came for cocktails that are really nice. They're a bit on the expensive side because they don't have any kind of happy hour sort deal, but to be honest, it's more from a restaurant. You were really nice. Since then, I have always gone to Manchester Confidentials. This means that I had a lot of 50% of what is amazing, especially because the food is perfect. You also have some great vegetarian and vegan options. The coconut was the best rice I've ever had (but it's sweet if you're not in sweet, then it might not be best for you). Staff are friendly, beautiful atmosphere, good prices and GREAT food. Would highly recommend."

"The interior of this Thai chain strikes you immediately. It is like a film set with its many well thought out pieces of ephemera from Thailand scattered around the restaurant. We began with the very reasonably priced cocktails which were well presented and packed a punch. The vegan mixed starter was pricey for the amount we got but all the elements were good especially the corn fritters. For main I had the tofu with veg and cashews. It was a good portion and came in a very tasty sauce. For the price though I feel it should have come with rice/noodles; the noodles I had were an extra £4.50 which I think is a bit ott. Overall a solid meal in a great environment."

"Thaikhun offer great flavourful dishes at reasonable prices but what let them down was thier lack of customer service. The start of the experience consisted with me waiting at my table for over 25 minutes without being offered a drink, I had to call someone over who was clearing another table as clearly we had been forgotten about. I’d like to clarify that whilst the restaurant was busy other tables within our section were getting service. Ordered a jug of water for the table and a soft drink, the soft drink came straight away and then there was another long wait to which then only a glass of water was brought to the table rather than the jug we had requested as both of us wanted to hydrate. The food was quick to be served and large tasty portions but it seemed like there was a lack of attention to detail with ingredients stated on the menu being missed off and wrong sauces served with the dishes. I’ve never asked to remove a service charge before but last night I did because I did not feel we actually got any kind of customer service from start to finish. You pay for the food, you tip for the service."

"Staff were very attentive and checked on us regularly throughout the meal asking if we needed more drinks etc. the food is amazing, we ordered a variety of dishes to share between the 4 of us so that we could sample as much as possible. The squid portion was generous and tasted delicious and the bang bang shrimp were also really good. We had the bulgogi beef skewers and aubergine skewers both were tasty but the beef ones were very flavoursome and my favourite dish of all. The desserts are also really tasty passion fruit cheesecake was deconstructed and has a hidden layer of passion fruit sauce underneath to add extra zing. The only fault would be the cookie dough would have benefitted from more ice cream as it was a little sickly after a while."

"Our first time ever here and can't wait to go back. The food was amazing, we ordered too much food! Pork skewers, chicken satay tempura prawns and veg spring rolls to start with. Batter and pastry were so light, pork skewers were yum and hubby said satay was brill. Massaman chicken curry, pork on a bed of rice and crispy chicken with spring onions and onions, sticky rice (In hindsight was the wrong rice for our dish but still good) and a side order of chips. "The best meal at an advanced age. We ordered a pinto pad thai, Thai green curry, and a beef and basil dish (can't remember the exact names) all served with jasmine rice. Each dish was undeniably delicious with deep aromas and flavors. However, we were a bit on the fence about the desserts - banana fritters, mango cheesecake with coconut ice cream - they weren't quite to our taste. "it was easy to book a table in the swan and the menu offered a suitable choice of Sunday dinners and other dishes. it was disappointing that food allergies and intolerances are not listed on the menu and no vegan options were shown. when I asked, I got a plastic folder with a vegan menu with limited choices. not really what I would expect from a restaurant of this kaliber. the food was very good and the service was also good. Unfortunately, our table was right next to two sleeping machines that ran at full explosion, making the conversation more difficult. the couple behind us heard us complain and told us that they had already complained and no acts were taken. the machines were switched off for a short time, but were switched on again. alone from this reason, although eating and service were good, I would like to come back unless I could be guaranteed a quieter table."
