"I ordered from this restaurant for the first time and it arrived 40 minutes earlier than expected. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with the chicken wings cooked to perfection. We ordered the BBQ basic chicken and double cheeseburger, adding bacon and mushrooms with stuffed crust. I will definitely be ordering from here again! Thank you for not disappointing!"

"The restaurant was closed despite having made a reservation through OpenTable, which was confirmed. We arrived only to find the doors locked, so we had to call them. When I first spoke to the man who answered, he didn't even realize they were closed. The place seemed entirely abandoned, so we decided to go elsewhere. I understand that they may have had their reasons for being closed, but they really need to cancel reservations or at least inform their customers!"

"The sushi was very nice (left spicy tuna) (right salmon rocket). The Ramen was good (top duck Ramen) (bottom spicy beef Ramen). The beef was much better as the broth from the duck was a bit bland. Also the beef broth was spicy as advertised. I would definitely eat here again"

"I had to change the time of our booking because I was running late, but the staff were very helpful. We had a table for two, and one of us ordered a delicious soup for a starter while the other decided to wait for the main course. After waiting for an hour for our mains, our waitress apologized and explained that they were serving meals upstairs in the bar, so it was really busy. To make up for the wait, the waitress brought us a large complimentary glass of wine. The food was delicious and very filling, with probably the best gravy around. We will definitely be back for another visit."

"Love the spaciousness and seating options indoors and out. They managed to make casual into a classic meeting place that could easily become a favorite for families, business meetings and passers through. My Eggs Royale were good and I appreciated that they were flexible on letting me tweak things to my liking: putting the Hollandaise on the side, letting me switch out the English muffin for granary slices. The poached eggs were timed to treacly yolk perfection. A bit stingy on the smoked salmon and no fresh squeezed juices on the (breakfast/brunch) menu. My oat milk flat white lacked the pretty flair of barista art flourish so common place today, but was satisfactory enough. If I had been seated where I wanted, up front by the window rather than told there was a staff meeting going on, I may have leaned into a conservative four stars here. I then asked to be seated away from other guests and ended in the back room which looked to be a well positioned, discreet spot for staff chats and meetings. Customers first, right? And, Back room business should, after all, be kept in its rightful place."

"I've been here for many years, where we were here again when it was just a pop-up! I'm sorry to say that this last visit was quite disappointing and not where near the standards I would expect! I found that eating was not done as well and underwriting dishes as the walnut candidate aubergine was sloppy and warm, not as id recalls. cocktails were beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive, but for the price tag eating not on the high standard I expected! I would even go so far to say that the actual ambiente was pretty flat and generally felt more like a kantine than a restaurant! I had a wonderful evening with my friend, but it was really not as good as it was and it is not cheap! we hope it was just a blip!"

"it was easy to book a table in the swan and the menu offered a suitable choice of Sunday dinners and other dishes. it was disappointing that food allergies and intolerances are not listed on the menu and no vegan options were shown. when I asked, I got a plastic folder with a vegan menu with limited choices. not really what I would expect from a restaurant of this kaliber. the food was very good and the service was also good. Unfortunately, our table was right next to two sleeping machines that ran at full explosion, making the conversation more difficult. the couple behind us heard us complain and told us that they had already complained and no acts were taken. the machines were switched off for a short time, but were switched on again. alone from this reason, although eating and service were good, I would like to come back unless I could be guaranteed a quieter table."

"The restaurant is still quite new, so it's peaceful, but the modern ambiance is lovely. The service was excellent. The charcuterie platter was beautifully presented. I think they should consider adding their new potato chips to the side menu, as I received them with my meal and they were so indulgent that my partner kept stealing them. He mentioned that next time he would request them with his steak instead of the regular chips."

"Breakfast has varied and delicious options. We had dinner in the pub. Always busy, loud, happy with several televisions on to watch sports. We ordered the soup of the day which was yellow pea. Comforting for the cold of the day but it could have been more tasty. The Balmoral burger is very delicious, filling. The little Haddock was a nice fried hake fillet with a big portion of peas and chips. For dessert we ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding with ice cream: delicious. Excellent and friendly attention."

"We left! We arrived for our table it wasn’t ready for 20 minutes then a rude manager who just left it for his staff to take the brunt of the complains when the staff were helpless in the chaos. Some people waited over 2 hours for food. We gave up waiting for an hour for our starters and went to Nandos! Thank you Nandos for saving Mother’s Day which this restaurant nearly ruined. Needs new management to help guide the young staff and bring order. Oh and their initial compensation proposal was to take off the service charge (laughable considering that is discretionary by law)"
