"I had to change the time of our booking because I was running late, but the staff were very helpful. We had a table for two, and one of us ordered a delicious soup for a starter while the other decided to wait for the main course. After waiting for an hour for our mains, our waitress apologized and explained that they were serving meals upstairs in the bar, so it was really busy. To make up for the wait, the waitress brought us a large complimentary glass of wine. The food was delicious and very filling, with probably the best gravy around. We will definitely be back for another visit."

Outstanding 3 day stay with my family. The rooms are large and clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful food and bar are all good. Can't fault a thing and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again to the staff. Oh and dog friendly.

Went to wake of msms friend for afternoon tea. The room was spacious and light. Food was very nice and staff, helpful and friendly. Then moved to lounge bar which has a wonderful view and is a good size, also wide range of drinks. Also offers food to.
