Nice atmosphere and staff very friendly

Very impressed with the social distancing measures which made me feel comfortable within the restaurant.

I received a burned pizza and the wrong sauce delivered (again). The chicken side was decent, but not outstanding. I won't be returning! Delivery was from Alfred Street.

The service was good, but it was disappointing that our large family had to sit separately. I was also unhappy to discover that drink refills are no longer offered, especially with the recent increase in prices.

The service was satisfactory, but the food tasted absolutely bland and was reminiscent of cardboard. Everything, from the tortillas and jalapeño poppers to the fries, coleslaw, and even the pizza, was completely flavorless and dry. There wasn't a hint of salt or pepper to be found. I definitely won't be returning. It would have been a better choice to order Domino's for the same price and have it delivered instead.

When we arrived at 12 PM today as a group of six, we hadn’t made a reservation (our mistake). We apologized and were ready to go elsewhere, but the staff were very kind and insisted on making room for us. We were seated, and after placing our orders through the app, we waited less than 10 minutes before our starters arrived, followed shortly by our main courses. The food was delicious, and the staff were polite and helpful, including the manager who assisted us with a minor issue we had with the app for payment. Thank you, Pizza Hut; your staff are a true credit to your establishment, and we will definitely be returning!

An amazing experience, the first time I have eaten out since covid so was abit anxious, but after school shoe fittings I bribed my children with a treat!I need not of worried. The manager greeted us on arrival and explained about one way system, changes to the unlimited menus and showed us sanitizing points.We had one use disposable menus (I know not good for the envoroment but it the present climate it was a blessing) and your encouraged to take your cutlery, plates and glasses yourself to minimise contact.Now to the staff, they were so friendly even though you could see with the constant extra cleaning implemented they had a lot to do.
