"had a fantastic night cocktail in revolution for a friend hen at night yesterday. the manager tom was an amazing host, and carter who took our master class was very professional and fun. Although we make a few cocktails in the evening, we both felt especially and not just another group of customers. well worth the money, especially the double money offer. we had planned to hike the wind street after, but the atmosphere and the music was so good, we stayed and danced the night away. "Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. I went with my mother and younger brother, to begin with everything was fine, we were seated and served quickly and even the food came out quickly. Despite this the burger was bland and nearly cold, then my brother, who is only 2 years old, starts to eat his chicken and due to how tough it was, he started choking. Unfortunately this led to him throwing up at the table, my mother and I were already quite panicked so I ran to a waitress for some tissues, she avoided the area, didn 't help us move our food to another area and didn 't bother to check if my brother was alright and handed me a disinfectant cleaning spray to clean up the mess rather than getting a brush or any other cleaning equipment. Just when we thought the experience couldn 't get worse, the other waiters all started avoiding our table despite walking around us multiple times and noticing we had finished eating; finally one waiter approached, he coldly asked if we were done, didn 't offer any dessert despite the fact it comes included with the kids meal, practically threw the receipt onto the table and then proceeded to point out to my mother(who is heavily pregnant) that there 's a black bin bag on the table so we can pick up our bits meaning we were expected to clean up my brothers sick, after their own food was at fault for causing the choking, with nothing but tissues. I 've never seen such horrible service. We 'll never be returning to this restaurant and I don 't recommend anyone else go there either."

"The women who served us called Sarah was very lovely she is what made the experience better if I 'm being honest. She was very friendly and helped us with one of our guest allergy requirements : However in all honesty the food was not that great, representation was really nice but the taste wasn 't that great. My friend had the Bolognese and she said it didn 't have much flavour and tasted like cold pasta and I had a burger and due to my dislikes I had the butter milk burger and lettuce only and the chicken didn 't have much flavour to it so if you don 't like onions or red french dressing it wasn 't very tasteful alone. The milkshake and drinks were really nice and the chips but other than that food wasn 't great. Thankyou to the lady called Sarah for being so friendly and making the trip better. :"

"we took a school party with 60 children and 7 employees for a dinner in peterborough frankie and benny 's (fengate) and we were blown away from the experience. it is never easy to take many children in the age of 10-11 years into a restaurant, but we can honestly say that the 2 hours we spent there were fantastic. the food was great, it was delivered quickly, served efficiently and was absolutely delicious. the personal worked so hard to ensure that every single child had the best experience they could and the adult were also really impressed! each individual worker worked so hard, 'ben' worked exceptionally hard to interact with the children and chat with them. the free Pokémon cards given to the children were an additional bonus! 10/10 service! thank you."

"I turned to my husband, frustrated, as it was now approaching 8:05. He glanced at me and said it was only 8:01. I insisted it was 8:05 according to my watch, but he leaned toward the register and insisted it was 8:01, displaying a rather sarcastic attitude. I don't expect this level of rudeness from restaurant staff. When he finally came to seat us, he asked how many children's menus we needed, despite our reservation clearly being for five adults. This only added to my discomfort, and even my daughter noticed how sarcastic he was. I believe he needs training in customer service. I felt like taking my family and leaving, but I didn't want to ruin their outing. This whole experience has made me reluctant to return, which is disappointing since we've been dining there at least three times a month for several years."

"Today, we visited the restaurant for my son's 11th birthday celebration with his friends. We ordered our main dishes and milkshakes from the menu. We wanted to order dessert, but we only had 25 minutes before we had to leave for laser tag. We inquired with the server if we would have enough time, and she assured us that we would. We decided to order 4 desserts. Unfortunately, only 2 desserts arrived after 5 minutes, while the other 2, including the one for my son's birthday, arrived just as we needed to leave. This 20-minute delay in serving the desserts caused my son to be upset as we had to rush through his birthday dessert. As a result, we were late for laser tag and missed a game. When I questioned the delay, I was informed that it was due to a new chef and was left with no further explanation. We also requested a balloon for each child, which was not provided, despite other children of similar age receiving them. When we inquired about the balloons, the server confirmed but never brought them. The food was mediocre, as we expected. Overall, it was one of the worst cases of service we have experienced."

"We dined in on Sunday 26 May. We brought my mother who’s not very well and eats very little. Unfortunately part of her order a mushroom was served stone cold. We returned it and upon replacement it was worse than the first time. It transpired that it hadn’t been cooked. My mother was getting upset as she wasn’t able to enjoy her meal. When we complained the manager Ryan came to see us at our table, apologised profusely and offered anything we wanted (off the menu) on the house. We ended up ordering some desserts which were delicious. Overall the meal was very enjoyable and this was for a big part because of the exemplary customer service that Ryan and his team provided. They were all attentive, very polite and friendly. Ryan checked in on us regularly ensuring everything was alright and making us feel very welcome. Considering how the evening could have turned out, we had a really enjoyable experience. Only if all restaurants had a manager like Ryan!"

"I had the 3 courses for £13.99 and I started with the Mushroom and garlic Bruscetta. This was very tasty with a nice texture and with freshly toasted bread. The main course was fish and chips with a healthy sized piece of cod. Nice flakey pieces of white fish, and then followed up by a pudding of Iced cream. I can certainly recommend the chocolate brownie for pudding, warm and tasty. We received good service despite it being half term and very busy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend. Just be aware that this is not fast food, and so expect to wait for your food to be cooked fresh."

"my wife and I asked our steaks to be done well, just to find that they were still pink in both. the height of incompetence is disturbed. "Now as most people who know me are aware that this girl loves her burgers, can't get enough of them I'm always willing to try new varieties etc. I ordered online from Frankie Benny's a burger chips with a starter. It was delivered on time it was still quite warm, just not hot. Which was okay as at least it wasn't cold it was being delivered approx 4 miles from the restaurant to my home. It arrived in a box which opens up like a plate saved me having to use anything else apart from my fingers to eat with. The burger was nicely cooked after I removed the soggy lettuce tomato I demolished it very quickly. A girl who loves her food says Yummmm!! Chips were a little hard for me, as they had lost heat in their travels so I didn't eat them. I have visited Frankie Benny's many many times I've always enjoyed the food their drinks. The staff are friendly helpful. You can also see into their open kitchen to see the food being prepared. I do recommend this place for you to try. Have an awesome day!! "I don't often go to eat, but I love frankie bennys. at the various locations I can go and it is always a tasty bite. eating is nice and my two children ate for free. they have great cocktails and the service is friendly and fast. "I visited today 17.4.22 with my wife and 2 children, was met who I believe is the manager name of Tom and our waitress was called Red We would like to thank Tom and Red for their outstanding customer service and kind gesture today. "The restaurant experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, they claimed that there was no booking under my name despite providing confirmation. Eventually, we were seated after a 20-minute wait but the service was so slow that we ended up waiting 2 hours before leaving. When the desserts finally arrived, they assured us that the child's dessert would be ready in 2 minutes. However, we had all finished our desserts and had to remind them about my son's dessert, which still hadn't been served. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant again."

"I was well impressed with this restaurant. I usually eat at F&B..and I really quick understand the differences between food and taste, between restaurants. I know also what is the standard for F&B. Bad service you keep to remember and will not make you a returning customer. This is the only restaurant in a 100 miles radius I never complained or my food was never raw. I also appreciated on my last visit a lady who was cleaning she looked more from management as she didn’t had an uniform, setting a good example in cleaning for her employees and customers by cleaning tables very thoroughly, all the spots covered. Well impressed by that especially as I work with Covid patients and I know how important is to be infectious free. The separation areas they build are important as well. The lady who was cleaning I didn’t manage to see her badge as she is a fast walker but she had a colourful mask , the only one who was actually wearing one and yes I know you can choose if you want to wear them but still for me was important as she was trying to protect others in a close environment with covid roaming around everywhere. I held myself for over 2 weeks to write this review as I was to busy but like I said I will be a returning customer.Kudos to her ! Kudos to all managers who are setting the bar high and lead by example! I eat here roughly every 2 weeks and I’m always very well treated. My favourite restaurant, if 10 stars were to be available, 10 stars from me! From the 3 restaurants that Sheffield has, this is by far the best one! Keep it up, guys!"

"My family and I visited the restaurant on Friday using two Groupons. Our waitress Aya was very attentive and informed us of the limitations. Despite arriving during a busy time, she took great care of us. The food was delicious, but the steak on my mixed grill was undercooked. However, they kindly removed the cost of our drinks from the bill. The service was excellent, the food was good, and the environment was perfect for families. We will definitely return!"

"Although we have been to F and Bs before we were disappointed this time round. Firstly the attachment highchair for my son, although the right size and nice to have him at the table was quite dirty. As it was made of canvas it would be hard to clean and did have a smell to it. The restaurant itself was very noisy and we had to really shout to hear each other at our table. The service however was good. Polite and prompt. However most disappointingly was that my wife discovered an inch long metal shard in her food! Staff apologised and made some fresh food but understandably she wasn’t too keen to eat any more and I was concerned what my children had eaten as this had a similar spaghetti dish. I would certainly think again before rebooking. Shame"
