"The guy in the front reception is rude and worst worst worsest in the world. He can’t understand what I’m asking him even after showing the item in the menu, he says that he is not understanding. If he is not understanding his own menu information in the restaurant, what can he explains about the food to customers with that very very rude behaviour.. he don’t know manners also. My suggestion is to not to go to this restaurant, I won’t go there in my life. Manner less idiots."

"Nothing like as good as it used to be. One main course had to be sent back because it was cold. I chose the same as I used to have ie just a side dish of spinach and a side dish of sautéed potatoes. The potatoes had obviously been reheated and I couldn’t taste the herbs at all and the spinach was just wilted spinach with none of the flavourings it used to have and both these dishes were half the size they used to be. Won’t be going again which is a shame because we used to always go there when meeting up."

"My partner and I visited Frankie and Benny’s, The Derwen Designer Outlet Village, Bridgend for lunch during a shopping trip. We were greeted promptly and shown to a table but we asked if we could be sat near a window which was fine. We ordered drinks my partner had a Diet Coke and I ordered a glass of Peroni which didn’t look or taste like Peroni? My partner had lasagne which was satisfactory but lacked any real meat content and I had the hot dog with fries which I enjoyed. The food is basically pub grub at probably the going rate and filled a little hole until we could get home for tea. We wouldn’t rush back to any Frankie and Benny’s again and were disappointed on the amount of quality eateries available at the Village Outlet."

"The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and better than Domino's. I find Domino's pizza to be too rich and it makes me feel slightly sick after eating. I really enjoyed the direct pizza and the delivery was incredibly fast! The only issue was that the pizza was a bit cold, but a quick blast in the oven fixed that."

"Nice exterior. Big space inside. Be warned however: this is Gosford St and the food matches. Asked for a chicken shawarma wrap, sadly it was an absolute disaster. £6.50 for a meal which took about 15 minutes to come. The chicken wasnt shawarma chicken, it was literal asian curry chicken that you should have with rice, and it tasted bland and soggy at that. The wrap was very big however. The chips were decent. The guy serving looked miserable. I left after 3 bites of the wrap. This place isnt for real food, it 's for post-saturday-night-out dirty kebabs only. Pepes across the road is similarly priced and the chicken is decent."

"a few days ago, since I and my friend got a student discount. first opinions, once I went, was how attentive and friendly our server was. they really seem to care for customer service, so I don't know why there are many reviews on the contrary. we ordered immediately and food came quite fast, which was good. the food was breathtaking. my God the burger was beautiful the onion rings even more. I could eat these onion rings in buckets that were so good. the drinks were quite expensive to be honest as I don't want to pay £2.30 for water. but I feel that Byron brings a beautiful aura to cambridge and I would be happy back hundreds of times and is recommended to friends and family."

"Overall, it was a pleasant evening at the restaurant. It took a while for someone to come and take our drink order. My husband, who doesn't drink, ordered a non-alcoholic beer but was told there were no options available. Instead, he was offered a cider, which also contained alcohol. It was disappointing to see no non-alcoholic options other than soft drinks in this day and age, especially during January when many people are participating in Dry January. Despite this, the food was excellent. The salt and pepper chicken starter had a different flavor than expected but was still enjoyable."

"After we have booked through the opentable app for 18.45 clock, we actually arrived at over 45 minutes early, but it was not a problem for the staff and we were sitting fast. the starters arrived soon after ordering and were very nice. for the net we had made the burgers and 2 of our party requested well, and the third was a regularly cooked burger, in contrast to some restaurants that cannot differentiate and cook as they were the burgers to this occasion were served exactly as we requested. we have shown on a NEC show, so it is regrettable that we are continuing from soihull."

"The restaurant was utterly vacant, with not a single customer in sight. One staff member was present, but they were not particularly helpful. We found that we couldn't order half of the items on the menu. It took us over 20 minutes to navigate the app and add food to our order. The atmosphere was dull and lifeless, with staff wandering around as if they didn't care. This experience completely spoiled what was meant to be a lovely wedding anniversary dinner. In the end, we decided to give up trying to order and left, as it would have been over an hour before we got to eat. While the prices seemed a bit steep, they might have been worth it had we felt welcomed, managed to place our order, and actually tried the food."
