"First visit here not following any covid guidelines no mask from any staff. Asked if the chicken is fresh as you know fried chicken if sat to long gets all dry and hard. He said why you are asking. If I am spending money I have a right to know he knew I knew what I was talking about and said this will not be any good for you and walked away. Makes you wonder how long the chicken had sat there walked away without ordering."

"The service was terrible. My coffee was cold and had to be sent back. They mixed up our orders and they had to be returned as well. It would be a nightmare for anyone with food allergies. I mentioned that we had no cash when the bartender hadn't arrived yet. Later, when the cook came over to serve our drinks, several items were unavailable. No one checked to see if our meals were satisfactory. We weren't offered more drinks when our glasses were empty. Our table wasn't cleared after we finished eating, and we weren't offered dessert or coffee. Meanwhile, the manager and waitress just stood by the kitchen pass. The restaurant was empty, and now I understand why. I won't be coming back; the food was barely acceptable, and the staff showed no interest in providing good customer service."

"We were the only two customers in the restaurant, yet our food took a long time to arrive and was severely burnt. Our dessert, a simple cookie, took 35 minutes to be served, even though there were no other tables occupied. No one apologized or offered any explanation for the delays. Our table wasn't cleared at all during our visit. Additionally, the manager was quite rude and appeared to be unsure of how to handle the situation."

"It was a busy Friday evening but we found service to be fairly speedy. The waitress who looked after us was lovely with a winning smile. I had the falafel burger with sweet potato fries, I found it delicious. I am a vegetarian and it would be nice to have a bit more veggie choice on the menu? The Clements cocktail were lovely. Just one tiny criticism was we found the music a tad loud but then being of the older generation we realise it may just be an 'age ' thing. All in all we felt very well cared for and the bill was very reasonable."

"However, after placing our orders, we faced a long wait for our food. The pizza arrived 15 minutes before the rest of the meal, and we were not informed that the garlic bread was included. Eventually, three burgers were served, but after another 10 minutes, we had to inquire about my daughter's chicken burger. It turned out the chef had completely overlooked it in our order. The pizza remained untouched, as it was quite bland. I then requested a refund for the missing items, as my daughter didn’t want to wait any longer for her meal. To say the evening was disappointing would be an understatement. The manager eventually came over to apologize and offered a full refund, acknowledging that his staff were doing their best; however, it seemed that the focus on delivery orders took precedence over the dining experience for those present. It may be beneficial to have a cook who can manage both delivery and dine-in orders, ensuring that seated customers are not forgotten."

"So I made an order on uber eats, as you can see in my order I asked for a chicken kebab wrap. Not only does the packaging say “Lamb kebab” but the wrap was also filled with lamb. I rung the shop up and they basically told me I was lying and that it was chicken, and told me that the writing on the packaging was a mistake. I can assure you this tastes and smells like lamb, AND looks like it too. I hung up in anger as they didn’t seem to be doing anything to correct my order. In all the experience with this place was shocking and their customer service was very bad. Never going here again, not being called a liar over the phone when it’s clearly lamb."

"Unfortunately after 6-6 trips we had our first bad one on Sunday. They had issues with the Open Table app and wasn't expecting us, the service was very slow and we just couldn't the attention of staff and when we asked for milkshakes as a treat for the kids were told they didn't have any milk... (there are supermarkets nearby) we will try it again.. but wanted to post a review in the hope management see that the standards which originally drew us in (i.e. super friendly staff, high levels of service etc) appear to be dipping.... hopefully just a blip."

"The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, and I also highly recommend trying the hot chocolate cookie with ice cream. They offer a convenient click and collect service with on-time pick-ups. However, if you order a thin crust pizza, there is a small chance it will come that way. I only received a thin crust once, so I suggest calling them after placing an online order if you prefer a thin crust. The staff is friendly and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves pizza."
