"I ordered 2 kebabs and a burger from this restaurant. The menu stated that all kebabs come with salad, but there was no salad on the kebabs when they arrived. The chips were barely warm, not hot. When we called to complain, they blamed Uber Eats and rudely hung up on us. It's a shame because the burger and kebabs were actually tasty. They need to improve their packaging for deliveries to ensure that all menu items are included, and their staff could use some customer service training."

However, we soon realized that the lower ratings were likely from non-Asian individuals who may not be as familiar with Asian flavors. One critic mentioned that they use the same masala everywhere, but it became clear to me that they were not well-versed in Asian cuisine. I decided to disregard the negative reviews and give it a try. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who want to enjoy flavorful and authentic Asian dishes. The owner, Mr. Arif, was even willing to customize a curry to our liking by adding naga apron upon request. The food portions were generous and the prices very reasonable. I visited three other restaurants in Belfast over the course of three days, including Jhorna, Kathmandu Kitchen, and Bites of India, but this one stood out as the best choice."

"5 stars easily. Myself and my fiancé went to the Chester branch for my birthday on 29th August, we were not disappointed! We were treated to two glasses of prosecco and all of our food was delivered quickly and was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. "eating was great, the setting is great the food arrived immediately so that they could ask themselves why only 1 out of 5 stars. the reason is simple. I don't appreciate seeing her waiter running around with his underwear on the show while I eat my food. train their employees properly when they work and represent their institution so today I returned to meating room with my wife and children who receive an email from the owner. I can only say I was impressed before eating and the atmosphere etc. and today I can add the service was impeccable. smart dressed happy smiles personal made the trip that is much more pleasant. eating as before was served quickly and tasted super. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family as a great place to eat"

"that was nice to eat. but it was very busy and they didn't have enough staff. they did the best they could and hastened to serve everyone as quickly as possible. it took 30 minutes until our drinks come and were missing extras on my mother's meal. was so busy my mother said not to worry, but take it out of the bill they did. should have been more personal for bookings. was more business than normal due to the performance at deco. but would have had to know from the bookings that more employees were needed."
