Excellent the chicken burgers are delicious the service is fantastic and I would highly recommend.The place is clean and tidy I would be a bit strict on some of the people they allow to eat their as they show little or no respect to the staff.

the eating was delicious and good quality, I tried her huh and chips deal 2.99 £ for 2 pieces. they have a lot of options of burger, wraps, fried chicken and grilled huhn. they have a beautiful seating area and also to sit compared to other places in the chatham high street.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. The food is hot and delicious, and the drinks are decent as well. I am giving a lower rating for two reasons: the waiting time is quite long, and the tables are not secure. This leads to large families pulling tables together and leaving them that way, making it hard to find seating. View menu

My friends and myself loves this place!!! We have found most new places start off well and then it goes down hill! But this place has standards : They actually care about the food they sell. I think the European lady is the manager and is very good at looking after this place... all the customers in here look happy! A gem in Chatham... keep up the good work guys!!

I would never have tried this restaurant if it weren't on a food delivery app, but I'm glad I did! The food is delicious and not greasy, and they include all the extras like mayo, ketchup, salt, pepper, and wipes with the delivery. The portions are generous and the prices are cheaper than similar places. They open and deliver earlier than other places, making it perfect for lunch. I will definitely continue to order from here.

We ordered on just eat and the driver “apparently” waited 20mins to deliver... even though we had been waiting 2 hours and then considering we called and confirmed our phone number, with the restaurant direct, twice and still no call from the driver to find out where we were (which for clarity was a very simple building to find with one door). Just eat and chicken cottage pointed the finger at each other for blame and only offered a 50% refund! Not acceptable View menu

I ordered food for takeout and arrived at the recommended time, but had to wait 15 minutes for my order. We also didn't receive any cups for drinks, just a large bottle. The service was not very good, the atmosphere was lacking, and the waitress was not very attentive. I ordered the Bergburger meal (see picture attached) and other family members got a beef burger, a chicken burger, and popcorn bites on the side. Overall, the food was good, but the service and atmosphere could use improvement.

Why are people still going to cottage chicken in the high street it’s absolutely rubbish the chicken that they serve was not good it was cold the delivery was late please go to a different chicken shop like taste the deference just up the high street past the traffic lights It Offers i100% better tasting chicken than chicken cottage Money wise it’s much better this place deserves to be shut down because they are ripping people off and there food to me does not taste fresh at all Where do chicken cottage get there chicken from I wonder !!!!!

So I made an order on uber eats, as you can see in my order I asked for a chicken kebab wrap. Not only does the packaging say “Lamb kebab” but the wrap was also filled with lamb. I rung the shop up and they basically told me I was lying and that it was chicken, and told me that the writing on the packaging was a mistake. I can assure you this tastes and smells like lamb, AND looks like it too. I hung up in anger as they didn’t seem to be doing anything to correct my order. In all the experience with this place was shocking and their customer service was very bad. Never going here again, not being called a liar over the phone when it’s clearly lamb. View menu
