"First time I've used B&B's, and I've not been disappointed. I decided to swing by on my way to work, to have a Burrito for my lunch, at work (over in Portsmouth) The Burrito I had was the chicken fajita. It was RAMMED full of food, and well packed. It had been double wrapped too, ready for an extended journey! When I got to finally eat it 2 hours later it was still lovely and warm. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend this place. The property itself is very clean and tidy, with friendly and helpful staff. Great value and all ingredients are very clearly fresh. I'll be visiting again, and likely to make it a Friday lunch treat when this period of my shift comes around again!"

"A diner-style cafe full of great Italian flavours. And that's just the staff to start with! Highly recommended. The menu is vast at very reasonable prices. Close to the city centre this cafe is very convenient for locals and tourists alike. Always a great vibe and the staff are so friendly. I regularly pop in for brunch and have also tried some of the pasta options much to my satisfaction. The coffee is Italian and uplifting. You can also try the evening fare with drinks ready for a jolly night out or trip to the nearby theatre. Aways delicious in a simple yet elegant manner."

"Ordered via Deliveroo.... Firstly, the order was late (this is the second time now) The breaded mushrooms were over cooked and tasted like the oil used to cook them was old. The bottle of Pepsi was flat. The lamb was over cooked and so dry. The chips were overcooked and oily. The pizzas tasted strange, like the dough was not fresh before making. The Nuggets tasted like they'd also been cooked in old oil. Plus, it was all cold. Everything to be honest was very bad and was basically put straight in the bin. considering spent over £50 is not acceptable. As I said this is the second time I ordered from them and it was late, again but I thought I'd give them a chance, after this never again."

"This restaurant is fantastic. It is budget-friendly, cozy, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend trying their spicy wings. The fries were perfectly cooked, both soft and crispy. "Herbiez Pizza is great but the Fleet franchise is run by cowboys. No customer service, poor delivery. One time I my wife ordered a large pizza, I went to collect. He told me the price. I look up at the GIGANTIC boards above the till and it was any pizza, any size £9.99 (or whatever) so I questioned why he was charging over the phone full menu prices. This is one example of my poor experiences and I’m gutted I live near the Fleet Herbiez because all my other experiences of stores has been superb."

"So I made an order on uber eats, as you can see in my order I asked for a chicken kebab wrap. Not only does the packaging say “Lamb kebab” but the wrap was also filled with lamb. I rung the shop up and they basically told me I was lying and that it was chicken, and told me that the writing on the packaging was a mistake. I can assure you this tastes and smells like lamb, AND looks like it too. I hung up in anger as they didn’t seem to be doing anything to correct my order. In all the experience with this place was shocking and their customer service was very bad. Never going here again, not being called a liar over the phone when it’s clearly lamb."

"I wanted pizza and instead of going to Greggs which is nearby l managed to find Dixy on Highfield Road. The guy behind the counter at approximately 14:10 was friendly and assured me the meat feast pizza will be made nicely as requested. After 18 minutes the pizza was ready and it was cooked to perfection and all l can say is it was lovely. The pizza had toppings aplenty, was very tasty and was served with three tubs of chilli sauce. A homeless woman (IC3 and in her 40's) scraggy in appearance asked a few patrons for change which is rather disconcerting when one is trying to eat in relative peace. She must do this all the time and managed to bag a free meal like it was the norm. Overall l was happy with the food and would recommend this establishment to others visiting this road for reasons of clothes shopping."

"Went for wings Wednesday with a few work friends. Arrived at the location and shown to our table. Took 15 minutes for our first round of drinks to arrive after ordering with staff. This was because the only waitress on duty was having a chat with the kitchen staff out of sight and forgetting customers. There was only my group and 2 other tables so not a busy day. Had to wait 25 to 30 mins for food once ordered. When I ask the chef if the waitress was still working or was she on part time hours and gone home. I was told to be quiet and sit down and order with the waitress who was never around. The chef was very rude and aggressive. I could then hear the staff including the waitress Kat in the kitchen being disrespectful about the group and myself. I was then approached by Kat and challenged in an aggressive manner. My first brew dog experience. Safe to say I won’t be going back to any branch if is what brew dog is all about."

"We went right before the eat out to help out scheme started, and on a Wednesday. The menu was reduced due to staffing COVID 19, or at least it didn't match what was posted on their FB page but it didn't matter too much as there was still loads of choice and it all looked pretty interesting! It was buy one burger, get the second for 1 so an amazing deal We shared our food so ordered 2 burgers and a side, the portions are massive we could barely finish it! It tasted incredible. We were gutted we'd left it too late to order dessert as they looked amazing too. Really friendly service, the guy at the bar couldn't do enough for us. Visit this place!"
