"We really enjoy Firebug! The drinks are affordable and delicious. We also appreciate their veggie options, although there has been an incident where they mistakenly served a regular sausage instead of a veggie sausage."

"When we arrived the lady was not very welcoming at all. As we had made a booking I advised of this and she just stared vacantly. I then checked to make sure I was at the right venue as she seemed perplexed. Eventually she showed to a table. Gave no information on the menu. We waited for nearly 20 minutes to order a drink. I also ordered tap water which she never brought. The situation was slightly redeemed by a much more friendly waiter who brought the water and was more customer focussed. The restaurant was very quiet so there was no excuse for her attitude. Even when paying the bill she was most unfriendly and dismissive. Not visiting here again. Definitely not to be recommended"
