"I have been a loyal customer of Rainbow Garden for over 7 years and continue to choose them for all my Chinese food needs. I particularly appreciate the clear and friendly service provided by the woman who answers the phone. She makes ordering a pleasant and efficient experience, which is important to me as I can get impatient with phone conversations. There have been times when I have requested special dishes and she has always been accommodating and helpful. The quality of the food is consistently excellent and I am always satisfied with my takeout orders from Rainbow Garden. The quick delivery time is also a huge plus, with my food arriving at my door in about 20 minutes. If this takeaway shop ever closed, I would be truly disappointed. "Absolute worse Chinese I’ve had. I’ve ordered before a good few times and it’s usually fine. Tonight, they served a slice of pork in our duck and plum to someone who doesn’t eat pork. Ordered a king prawn black bean and they give us a seafood one with no prawns and the person is allergic to shellfish but she didn’t care on the phone. Could have been a very difficult situation. Mixed starters were incorrect and over cooked the ribs were unedible. All meat In the food over cooked and chewy. They didn’t care when I rang, wanted to re deliver but I said we can’t as we are going to the theatre we can’t all sit down to eat again hence why we ordered early. When I asked to come and collect it and bring my money she suddenly had no drivers, but was able to give me new food very quickly in our conversation. Absolute liars and terrible service. Will never use again it was disgusting. The chips were cooked about 6 Times over. Food has gone to the foxes I bet they can’t stand it either. I wouldn’t write a review usually slating but the fact they lied and couldn’t be bothered to help"

"Due to covid restrictions, all dining was outdoors. Our table was a bit small, especially as we ordered four dishes with rice. We came here to taste their Singapore chilli crab as we had heard its excellent unfortunately they informed us they had ran out of it during lunch time. We ended up ordering other dishes which didn’t disappoint! Especially the spicy aubergine in yellow bean sauce was excellent! The price was what you’d expect of a restaurant of this quality."
