"Well what can I say we were looking for food went here about 5pm and was fully booked, went for a walk about and went back couple hours later and a really lovely friendly man showed us to a table upstairs the place really busy and atmosphere really lovely, we later found out man owned restaurant. From beginning to end was amazing place, Waitress so helpful and gave us taxi numbers, and Ryan was brilliant and chatting and being busy whilst taking time for customers, food was really good and hot I had chicken Shuish and my partner had rack of ribs, menu good and drinks lovely we had cocktails. Place on back street of Blackpool near Blackpool Tower. Restaurant clean and tidy and so well run would absolutely recommend and use again next time in Blackpool."

"Came here for a brunch with the girls after finishing University. The drinks are absolutely gorgeous! The food was okay, we had a platter to share, it was nothing special. The pizza was very good. I had a great time here until the waitress was incredibly rude. We added our student discount and she stated we didnt look like students and walked off. We also removed the service charge (to tip in cash) and the women again was incredibly rude and stroppy, said okay purposefully avoiding eye contact and stropped off again. Didnt leave the tip in the end, disgusting attitude. She was very short and rude to us the entire time."

"I went out with a friend, and we shared several dishes, which was perfect. The staff was attentive, and the restaurant had a spacious atmosphere. It's one of the few places in London where you can actually hear each other without having to deal with loud music! My only complaint is that the lighting felt a bit too bright. I'm not sure if it’s because the space is quite large, airy, and predominantly white."

"We had an absolutely magical evening. It was my friend's birthday and Veronica and Rhiannon took care of us so well! Veronica was excellent with her suggestions and recommendations, not to mention her humor and hospitality as a whole! We smiled and laughed all the time. Rhiannon was so beautiful and friendly to us, so patient with all the small inquiries and made the night so smooth for us. She even helped us make some amazing pictures to perpetuate the experience. The food was brilliant; absolutely delicious, came in good time, and very well prepared. Compliments to the bosses! Special word for the Lychee Sorbet and Yuzu ice, for dying. Also the beautiful birthday desert they gave us was fantastic! Overall a brilliant experience 20/10"

"Such a lovely Bistro, dog friendly too! We shared the fish platter, it was delicious. The children were happy with the kids menu, and loved the chocolate brownie. I will definitely be back as rare to find a place so welcoming, and that caters for our furry friend, the children, even our elderly mother in law would manage with the layout. "Me my boyfriend booked a trip to London for my birthday. We had booked this restaurant as a part of the Virgin Experience offer. First impressions of the restaurant were that staff were attentive with taking our coats and hanging them up ect although shortly after we were shown to our seats our impressions changed. The man who was waiting our table was an extremely rude and arrogant man. We are young adults and both of us fussy with our appetites. We explained to the man we would prefer to miss the cocktails and happy to not have a drink. He offered us a non alcoholic cocktail and i politely declined, which seemed to aggravate him. He made several comments about our eating/drinking and how we should have a drink! This wasn’t in a polite tone it was plain rude and felt slightly insulting. You also have to pay extra for Water which they offer you and if my parents hadn’t been here before me i wouldn’t have been any the wiser that they charge you for it. The waiter also asked if we would like starters which we opted out of and again made rude comments and laughed at us. We wouldn’t have had to pay any extra for the starter’s so couldn’t quite understand the issue. The meal itself was a small portion, but nevertheless delicious. We both had a steak which one of the only things on the menu you didn’t need to pay a surplus charge for. I felt that this was very misleading as on the Virgin website it didn’t state about any extra charges for items and we weren’t aware of this until we were in the restaurant ordering our food. We payed the extra for our sides which was about £4.50 per side, a small portion. Although understandable as this is London prices for you. Can’t fault the food and the pudding again was small but very rich and delicious. This also cost an extra fee of £4.50 Overall a ‘free’ meal that i had paid for with a voucher cost us around £50 extra than already expected. You pay a service fee at the end which quite frankly i wanted to opt out of but felt too awkward due to the rude man who shoved the card reader in our face before we had chance to opt out. I wouldn’t return here as the dining experience was average and i would prefer to spend my somewhere more worthwhile."

"Of all the places to book we chose here, 18 mins in and we had to ask for a drink, it wasn’t busy, drinks then stater arrived it was very nice. Had to ask twice where our mains were , told first time they were making it , second time almost ready , eventually it wasn’t served and we had to leave. We had clearly been forgotten as the table next to us had both courses before us and they came after us . It wasn’t busy and plenty of staff."

"I came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. It is a nice place. It was my first time trying Beef Wellington, and although the pastry was a bit overdone, the beef inside was good. The gravy was one of the best I've had. My girlfriend really enjoyed her steak as well. The only downside was the slow service and difficulty getting someone's attention. I had booked a 50% off mains deal through OpenTable, but it was not recognized when I arrived. I also felt a bit embarrassed when I asked about it, as sometimes places dispute such offers after you have already ordered. I had also tried to arrange a birthday surprise for my girlfriend with sparklers, but when I asked one of the waiters, they just told us to order dessert and we only got "happy birthday" written on her plate. Overall, the food was good, but the service could be better."

"Great food, authentic Spanish. Lots of it too so you don't feel short changed as you might in some tapas joints. Very friendly personable service from the owner too. You can buy wine there or bring your own bottle for a very reasonable 7 quid corkage. Was there with a fiend and we both thought it outstanding. It is everything that chain restaurants should be but are not. I really felt like i was in a little tapas place in Spain. Go, this guy deserves our support. People giving one star reviews clearly have no clue about authentic tapas."
