"Here’s a summary of our experience: There was no children’s menu, and the adult menu had limited options. I would not recommend this restaurant for families with young children. The service was incredibly slow. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, yet everything from ordering food and drinks to getting the bill—which we had to ask for three times—felt like a chore.
As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The bao buns tasted stale and heavy, while the rice was very dry. Generally, plain rice is a hit with kids, but none of us could finish the small bowl we were served. To top it all off, the restaurant was listed on TasteCard with a "50% off" promotion, but they claimed it was a mistake and offered us a 25% discount instead. Five days later, the 50% offer is still listed on TasteCard.
In summary, while the concept and location have great potential, the restaurant falls short in both service and food quality. It meets only the bare minimum expectations for a mid-range restaurant in central London."
