"I recently ordered a takeaway from this restaurant through JustEat, spending £70. This was only my second time ordering from them. While we enjoyed our meal the first time, this experience was disappointing. The food I received was incorrect, and when I complained through JustEat, I was given a poor excuse. I ordered 2 portions of satay chicken but received garlic chicken instead. The excuse was that they have their own recipes and cooking techniques, but it seemed like a flimsy excuse to me. The quality of the rest of the meal was also subpar. As a fully qualified chef myself, I believe it is important for businesses to own up to their mistakes and make them right. I will not be ordering from this place again and caution others to think twice before doing so."

"This is a review for takeout. We ordered a Thai takeaway for a family of 4 adults and found it to be expensive, costing over £84 with a pre-set delivery charge and service charge included. Although I don't mind paying for good food, the portion sizes did not match the price we paid. The hot and sour soup was served in a tiny plastic bowl with minimal prawns and mushrooms, lacking substance. The prawn toasts and spring rolls were extremely small, almost laughable in size. While the main courses were tasty, the portions were so small that we were left hungry afterwards. Overall, we found the food to be very poor value for money. Although there were no issues with the Deliveroo delivery service, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again."

"We started off with some delicious Jasmine tea, served generously in a hot metal pot. We also enjoyed some Sake, served at the perfect temperature and quantity. The flavour was exceptional. For our main dishes, we ordered the quarter duck, which came with plenty of shredded meat and pancakes. We were pleasantly surprised to have leftover pancakes, unlike other restaurants. The entire team at The Good Earth is dedicated to providing top-notch service. Next, we tried the steamed sea bass, which was presented beautifully. The seasoning was perfect, and the temperature of the filleted fish was just right. It was expertly cooked, as there wasn't a single bone in sight. The egg fried rice was served in a sturdy bamboo container with a lid and spoon to keep it warm. After our feast, we unfortunately didn't have room for dessert, but we will definitely try it next time. We often visit the Knightsbridge branch for lunch, but the overall experience at this Mill Hill location was on a different level. "I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"I wanted to have Thai food with my daughter. Both of us had spent a while in Thailand and really enjoyed the cuisine. My daughter wanted to try it, but she didn't really enjoy it. The food was good, but the overall experience was not. I asked a young girl if we could use the restroom, but the waitress rudely said no. I felt embarrassed for the girl, as Thais are usually more welcoming. Our meal was good, but my daughter lost her appetite after that incident. When we asked to take the rest of our meal home, we were charged an extra £1 for a take-out box, which surprised me as we were in Finchley, not the West End. There were no hand drying facilities in the restroom, and when I mentioned this to the waitress, she was rude. We paid the bill, did not leave a tip, and were charged an additional £2 for the take-out box. It was a disappointing evening and we will not be returning. Mai ow."

"The food and service at this Thai restaurant in Newcastle were absolutely amazing. It was my first time visiting with my family and I have nothing but positive things to say. We tried the Happy Hour menu which included an appetizer and a main dish. We ordered a variety of dishes including Thai green curry, Massaman curry, Pad Thai noodles, Tom Yum soup, chicken satay, dumplings, and vegetable tempura. The Tom Yum soup was particularly delicious with plenty of chicken pieces. The portion sizes were generous and everyone in our group left satisfied. The children enjoyed their meals as well. "I ordered a takeaway here (delivery was fast) expecting the same quality as they had in Kingston in 2019 but it was honestly tragic. Ordered a fried rice and chicken satay. Chicken satay had blonde hair in it. Fried rice was extremely bland (esp the added chicken). Kingston's fried rice was really good, I am cambodian so I know how thai/khmer food should taste like and the fried rice should be very similar to each other. Kingston was authentic, like street food fried rice. This tasted like nothing, you can tell from the lack of colour (should have more bc of the dark soy sauce). Overall not very happy about the TWICKENHAM branch. Perhaps other meals are better but this was TERRIBLE, especially from a person who's southeast asian."

"Hadn’t booked but they were able to easily accommodate. I at first thought they were closed but was just the first customer of the evening! (It was a Monday night). It could maybe have done with some music in the background. But the decor was wonderful service good. The food came out super speedy. I had coconut rice vegetarian Thai green curry w/ tofu. It was some of the best Thai food I have eaten and that includes in Thailand. Very reasonably priced. Will most definitely be going back. Vegetarian options: I had the tofu green Thai curry which was amazing. Lots of tofu in the dish."
