"great atmosphere, delicious food, helpful staff. we really enjoyed this place, the owners recommended were the best. the ribs were excellent. we all had noodles of different kind, he even changed a menu item to meet our request! missing on the Korean barbq, but we will be back in the mai when it starts again. the main entrance is flat and accessible, the second door could open for a wheelchair if necessary. it is obviously a well-used device and they can say it. it could have been a little cleaner, with more carefree in general, therefore the missing 5th star from this review. otherwise a great place. had no chance to taste the cocktails or the wineable, but that only means we're coming back!"

they forgot a starter, took it out of the bill, but actually did it while we waited for our main thing, so that we ended eating this dish for free, beautiful large portions and amazing taste. will again be dissatisfied.

for the first time in the nudebar I noticed that the floors were not cleaned or so mülled everywhere. we've done order and I went to the toilet. no handseife and the ladies were over flowing and everything on the ground....not good when we arrived at 12 for lunch. if I hadn't ordered, I could probably have left. hopefully the kitchen is cleaner View menu

we waited an hour after ordering our food before we were asked if we were still waiting for our head. at this point we haven't had our starter yet. another half an hour and our head came out. no sign of the starter yet. After I mentioned this and my head almost finished, the appetizers came out. admittedly they removed this from our bill, but it was disappointing nobody came an hour to check.

Mix up with another group made the team have to change the tables around. It was a busy night so service for ordering the food took an hour then the starters came out at different times so of which were after others had finished theirs. The main courses also took a while. The food was good and hot so no issues with that. The staff were polite and apologetic about the situation and gave us a discount for this. I have been before and Xen are known for quick service so I would still go back in the future. I think it was just a bad night.
