"I have been a fan of Flourish for years. The food and cakes are excellent and always a good selection. However more recently the cleanliness of the tables and floor has been let go. The tables are left sticky and there is crumbs and caked on dirt all over the floor. On a recent visit the toilet bin is full to capacity with paper towels ?. Its a shame, I feel it has been let go. The whole place needs a clean from top to bottom, There is no excuse for dirty tables. I would hope that this gets sorted out soon before its popularity fades!"

We frequently stop at this place during our cycling trips and it is always amazing. The staff is friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean and the tables are cleared promptly. The food is pretty good as well! View menu

Excellent find off the main shopping area. Well worth seeking out. Plenty of filling in sandwiches, good prices and very pleasant ladies running the cafe. Surprising extra seating upstairs. Will definitely use again when in the area. Quite busy with people also buying food to take out and lots of locals in there Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch View menu

I've been having lunch here and in their previous venue, every so often for many years. They are really welcoming. I usually opt for the quiche and salad, but their sandwiches and sausage rolls are also very good. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a little bit of space at the bottom, but it is a squeeze with a wheelchair. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

First time visiting Flourish. We had plans to go elsewhere but they were closedglad they were because we found Flourish Quaint little cafe, lovely staff, couldn’t believe how cheap the food was! I had avocado on 2 sourdough topped with 2 poached eggs which came to £7! I’ve paid over £11+ for this at other places the bread was so delicious and the avocado was super fresh. My friend had a halloumi avocado May bagel which I think was £5.50! Highly recommend Flourish and I will be back!

"So let us share our experience, We went in tonight as a family after seeing that it home made food on the drive to sennen and looked online and had a good look at the food available on the menu also looking to see if it was dog friendly and it ticked all the boxes, Upon arrival me and my wife went in 1st to ask if we could have a table for food and if dogs can go inside and staff were a little unsure but they confirmed we could upon asking for a table for 7 but one in a pram he said we don’t have the availability to cater I was looking at a table big enough and eventually said that this table was available whilst being seated we had 2 table one clean and the 2nd just been finished with so needed a clean but he came and cleaned both tables and he squirted the cleaner on a clean table and the over spray bounced off the table and went over our selfs then we were handed a menu freshly printed A4 paper thrown on the table (WET TABLE) so they stuck to the table upon agreeing what we wanted we went to the bar within 2-3 mins of being seated we knew what we wanted and when we asked for the meal it was OUT OF STOCK (Sunday lunch) ok fair so as I was with a family member at the bar I quickly rushed back to the table to ask my daughter of an alternative she wasn’t happy, So I made a meal up of all the extras on the menu so I went back to the bar to find my family member ordered 2 fish and chips then I realised my wife also wanted Sunday lunch so I quickly rushed back to ask her what she wanted and went back to the bar just as my family member left and asked for fish and chips was also sold out also! 99% of the menu was SOLD OUT this should of been discussed upon arrival not as we were ordering I run and operate my own business and this isn’t how I would treat my customers this isn’t how an establishment should be ran! Even when I was standing trying to order a member of staff was standing there arm against the wall doing nothing while customers are standing waiting to be served! So we decided not to eat and my family member went back to the bar to ask for a refund as we couldn’t eat as a family and the staff were iffy about offering a refund but 10 minutes later they did refund my family member as it became a scene for other people as they could see what had happened! This establishment should be call the 1st and late time you come here! We ended up walking to the chip shop down the road for food we are very disappointed in this company and establishment! For anyone who wants to eat please make sure they HAVE STOCK how can this establishment run without stock? Never again tonight they lost over £200 revenue due to this situation!"
