"Very disappointed with today's visit. Food is normally of a good standard for what your paying. Today my son had a steak which was over cooked. All of us eating hardly had any chips. My mums chilli not carni wasn't hot enough like it had been cooked and then left to long before coming out. She had garlic dough balls that were rock hard and didn't even taste of Garlic. Will probably avoid eating here again unfortunately"

"It was very easy to make the online booking. We both felt very safe , the waiting staff were good and we enjoyed our meals. The only ‘ but’ was that the interior seemed quite scruffy. The covering on the bench in our alcove was almost worm through and the walls where we were sitting looked quite dirty. I would still say we had a very enjoyable meal and would go again"

"There was one thing that we noticed that some of us had the menu where you could get 2 courses for a particular price, then others had a meal from the main menu, but some meals were called different names, but same meal from each menu that confused us and the waiter so that I only check your menus so that there is not confusion with others than that we had a nice time and would return"

"Lovely food and service was good and fast. However the table knives were very dirty with fluff attached to them and the window sills were covered in dust and grime, not a pleasant sight to see whilst eating as our table was next to the window and sill. The restaurant didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in a while as the carpet smelt damp as well. Considering it’s Covid, I would have thought hygiene would be a MUST in a place of dinning."

"The chicken for my son was raw in the middle. My son is too young to know the difference, but I realized something wasn't right after dinner. I hope he has no allergic reaction to it. The service, where helpful and this was deducted from the bill, but as a tomb I feel that this is not acceptable"

"We didn't have a booking and it was so, so lovely to be welcomed with practically open arms (Covid restrictions allowing). The guy seating us was FANTASTIC, the perfect person for the job. I hope he is happy there and stays for a while. Our server was fantastic, too. The meal was exactly what you expect from a Harvester. I personally don't like the Covid solution to the salad bar, though I understand the reasons behind it. It's a solution, I guess, but somehow it's not quite the same choosing your salad off a list and then watch someone do it for you. The salad is lovely, of course, it's just... it's not the same. I know, it's a pathetic complaint. We had a really nice time, thank you"

"Upon arrival, we were greeted professionally by the waiter, who was very attentive and inquired about our drink preferences as well as the salad bar options. My wife ordered the rump steak while I opted for the sirloin, cooked to our liking (rare). Unfortunately, both steaks were tough and chewy, making them unpleasant to eat. We reported our concerns to the management, and they handled our complaint in a professional manner."

"I had the 12 oz T-Bone steak. It was the worst steak I have ever had, 4 oz of fat and gristle and 8 oz of meat. The restaurant was cold, in fact I intended to have a desert, but decided not to because I was cold. Pre-lockdowns, I was a regular visitor, 2 or 3 times a month to this venue, and I was looking forward to being able to eat there again, but this visit has put me off going again."
