Table 6: Our waitress, Ebony, was incredibly patient and provided excellent service. She is truly a dedicated worker. The food was very delicious and packed with flavor. The salad was just as expected.

that he was slimy, so I didn't believe it. I didn't mention it when I had eaten enough, so I took it home for the dog who had no complaining .our waitress kathy was top class and super friendly. I know she would sort out any problems, but I really didn't want to disturb anyone

Having been the first time since Covid we were really disappointed, food not good, service not good, no checkbacks, original combo very small, chicken burger really dry, area where we sat was very dirty, large party beside us , lots of bad language, did not appreciate as we had young kids, View menu

the huh for my son was in the middle of raw. my son is too young to know the difference, but I realized that something was not right after eating. I hope he has no allergic reaction to it. the service, where helpful and this was deducted from the bill, but as a train cook myself I feel that this is not acceptable

The service was good, but the salad bar was quite lacking, and there was no coleslaw available. The waitress mentioned they ran out the day before. I don’t understand why we weren’t allowed to serve ourselves like we used to before COVID. Additionally, I find that the food is rarely hot at the Rowlands Castle location.

We had to wait a long time before we decided to leave. The staff didn’t seem interested in providing good service. The salad was decent, but there wasn’t much variety. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and quite tough. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience, and it felt like we were completely ignored. We ended up paying for the employees' attention, as no one checked on us after we were seated. View menu
