"I've personally never had a bad experience at Gaucho. The quality of the food is great personal preference, I also enjoy the ambience and style of Gaucho restaurants. Yes, it is expensive but I think that the whole package is worth the price.Big shout out to the guy at reception that pretty much ran to bring me my card that I've left on the table"

"More staff than diners.Starters took ages to come and were cold.Sent back and were better on return.Main courses delicious.Due to such slow service and us being on a tight time schedule we didn't have dessert. Final straw was card machine not working so I went to get cash from ATM rather than risk a further delay having to go to main hotel reception to use a card"

"the restaurant visited a few weeks ago and was really impressed by eating that I bought, tasted really fresh and presentation was really well joined together. After our meal we decided to stay for a few drinks in the bar/lounge area. the staff was very polite and helped when we had asked which selection of drinks was available at the bar. will come back in the future and would highly recommend, again friends / family."
