"Food was amazing and worth every penny! service was great until they had a shift change and we were left unattended as we had eaten by then, we had to chase for the bill and when asked it wasn't met with any words just a grunt. the original lady serving was great, she was lovely and chatty and was super. they had a good selection of drinks however this was a Saturday evening and they has run out of all sparkling wine that was served by the glass. One change i would make is to have more wine options by the glass rather than having to purchase a whole bottle. i was the only one of my party which was drinking wine and wouldn't have wanted a whole bottle to myself. overall great experience and food was amazing just a shame about the last part of our service and the lack of drink available considering it was a Saturday evening"

I've personally never had a bad experience at Gaucho. The quality of the food is great personal preference, I also enjoy the ambience and style of Gaucho restaurants. Yes, it is expensive but I think that the whole package is worth the price.Big shout out to the guy at reception that pretty much ran to bring me my card that I've left on the table
