"Your waiter Joseph welcomed us on arrival and offered a choice of tables, either inside or outside. As it was a summer evening we chose to sit outside which was sheltered under a canopy. The service was professional throughout as enjoyed an excellent meal and wine. I recommend a visit and internd to return next time we are in that part of London."

"I was disappointed that Caramel restaurant did not clearly communicate that they were closed for renovations. I made the trip assuming it was open since I was able to book a reservation before the 7th and checked online, which indicated it was open. It was very inconvenient and disappointing as I had planned to have my birthday meal there."

"I have been to Soyo several times over the years and have seen many changes in their menu. Currently, the food is excellent with a diverse menu, fresh flavors, and great service. However, the turnover rate is high, so the quality of service can vary. The yogurt and pasta dishes are very popular, and the breakfast options are delicious."

"Went to Brew this afternoon for a late brunch after rising in the afternoon after a late night out! The weather was lovely so all the seats outside were taken, but we got a table no problem inside. Three of us went for the smoked salmon and hash with poached egg special and Saz went for the burger and chips. Food arrived quickly and have to say it was not what I was expecting but still tasted delicious. Probably two of the best poached eggs I have ever had."

"Famous for its all-day breakfasts, I was delighted to be invited to this restaurant by a friend. We visited on a Sunday and it was packed. We managed to snag the last available table and noticed that others had to wait for at least thirty minutes to be seated. A quick glance at the menu revealed that they offer a unique twist on classic breakfast dishes. Personally, I appreciate the variety as I often find myself bored with the same options on every breakfast/brunch menu in town."

"Antipodea in Putney is now my go-to spot for brunch. The service is outstanding, the ambiance is perfect, and the food is truly incredible. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I can confidently say that it's the best brunch I've ever experienced. I find myself constantly wanting to come back for more! The Nordic Eggs dish looked exquisite and the Brew Melt (a favorite of my friend) was delightful. I couldn't help but feel a bit envious of my friends who chose the slightly smaller options like the Porridge and Banana Bread with yogurt and pistachios. Next time, I will definitely go for a two-course brunch! And let's not forget about the sides - the mushrooms and halloumi were exceptional. We also indulged in some Australian treats to take home, and I absolutely adored the Cherry Ripe. Overall, I highly recommend giving Antipodea a try - you won't be disappointed!"

"This restaurant is a hidden gem located in the center of Didsbury village. It is operated by a father and son duo from Nantwich who started this establishment about three years ago."

"I have passed this restaurant many times and it is always busy so i decided to try it out for dinner. It is a very small restaurant with not many tables so i recommend booking. The halloumi with guava jam was tasty. The pappardelle al brasato dish could have done with more ox cheek meat mixed in with the pasta. I did find a small hair in the dish but i decided against complaining. My friend liked her chorizo burger.Service was good"

"The vegan pho at this restaurant is excellent, and the coconut curry soup is also delicious. However, the spicy soup was too sour for my taste. While it is a good option to have, there are better places for similar dishes. I rounded up my rating because of the convenient location."

"Our food was lovely and a little different to other mezes which was a nice change. Unfortunately Opentable confused things as they showed the restaurant was full but sadly this was incorrect and I worry that they are missing out on bookings because of this. Do ring the restaurant directly if you would like to book and opentable shows that it is full."

"New Street Grill is owned by the D&D group, which is a monster entity when it comes to restaurants. D&D stands for Des and David, 2 men who led the buyout of Conran Restaurants in September 2006, and ever since have opened new restaurants and now have 23 restaurants in London, as well as restaurants in Japan, Paris, New York and Denmark. I have looked at all the restaurants they own, and I have been to Almeida, Coq d’Argent, Floridita, Paternoster Chop House and Plateau and I have some bad memories associated with quite a few of these places (for example I went to Floridita for my 22 nd birthday and was rushed out of my table in 1 hour which ended up with me getting drunk and crying as...read more"

"we went on a Saturday to the groundless brunch in new street grill and were overall very satisfied. the service was attentive and very courteous, and they looked out to accommodate everything we needed, what was great. they ensured that our glasses were consistently covered with water and prosecco and gave all the advice we needed on the menu. in terms of eating it was very good in terms of quality, but I thought that the amount really was missing, especially for the net. the appetizers of chorizo Scotch egg and economical with mozzarella and olive oil tasted delicious, but the latter was really tiny in portion. the same went for the netzen a fish cake with poached ei and a piece of grilled chicken with greens were again very small in quantity, which is disappointing when they are hungry for a good brunch. I really hope that the next time we visit the quantity is generous, like the quality."

"You pay for the name and location here. Decor really isn’t that impressive and the service was really condescending and poor, very comical outlook considering who was sat at his table. Regardless, pre dinner nibbles came out after starters and there were many starter dishes missing. The majority of the starters were unimpressive, although must be said, the steak tartare was very very good. On to mains. Most of the table, mostly happy, couple complained about blandness. I ordered a wagyu steak, which was very well cooked, but slightly disappointing that the waiter decided to point out the price of the steak two or three times, as if I should reconsider the £100 steak, in case I couldn’t afford it. We paid the included service charge which was £110 on the £750 bill , however retrospectively, service wasn’t worth the price. I paid the bill as a treat to my table, waiter ignore all my guests and only said thank you to me and shook my hand come on!!!!! The food was good but the service experience and customer service really should be thought about."

"Looking for a Portuguese restaurant for some home flavour food and found this restaurant online. Tried the Francesinha which is a very typical plate in Porto and was one of the best I ever hate (and the cooker is from Funchal, which makes it even more surprising : Good diversity on the menu, just missing a more affordable house wine! Restaurant has a nice decor and staff was very pleasant and always available. To the restaurant manager please update the cost of food on the online menus as they don't match what you have on your in house menu."

"A slightly more mixed review this time. Lucky Cat remains a decent choice and service is impeccable, if a bit slow (but understandable on a busy night). But a few issues: one the music was very loud and we had to shout to be able to hear each other. Two, the menu has been revamped and simplified according to our waiter and just wasn 't as exciting as before. Three, the bill this time felt quite steep, even allowing for the location."
