"The overall experience was fine and the staff were very nice but everything seemed to move very slowly. Perhaps it was a busy evening as the staff did seem quite stressed, which is understandable. The location is comfortable and the food is pleasant (although unsure about the boneless wings but that's a personal preference). The only significant problem was that there seemed to be a mouse on somebodies coat, I'm sure it came from outside but it did worry me a little."

"Latest visit here was on New Year’s Day. The place is now pretty grubby, with dirty sticky seats, and just looks like it either needs a good deep clean or a full on refurb. Food was ‘ok’ not amazing and lots of items were out of stock (no ribs or steaks er hello? Doesn’t leave much choice does it!!? We had 3 starters and 5 main courses, with a drink each. Imagine the surprise (i.e not a nice one! when the bill came to £175! Be warned £16 for a cocktail, £4 for a coke and over £6 for a beer cheap it ain’t! This will be our last trip to TGIs"

"Hands down the BEST burgers I have had so far..I'm not saying the ones I had before were terrible or not good enough, they were all great too.. however, the two burgers I had at @bgr.london were the best.. so good that I actually had two whole burgers!!! I ordered a beef burger that came with tons of melted cheese on top and had the tastiest beef I have had in my life along with some cheese and jalapeño filling which was out of this world. My 2nd burger was the firecracker one but I requested them to replace beef with chicken and boy was it good!! Can't wait to go again for more. Other than that I had some nachos which were absolutely divine. So filling it should be a main itself.. the wings were great too garlic chicken was sooo yummy too! For dessert I had fried oreo which was OK but the icecream was fab Staff were super nice and friendly. I had the bubblegum mocktail which was delicious and not too sweet so loved it. Ambiance: Cosy, comfy and well lit Halal options: All halal Location: 6min walk from South Woodford station Price: Reasonable Quality: Top!!!! Service: Excellent Taste: Out of this world"

"This is a fantastic spot for live music, complete with delicious food and a great selection of beers! I've attended many events here over the years, from beer festivals to open mic nights and concerts, and the atmosphere is always amazing, ensuring everyone has a great time. The food menu offers a nice variety with some unique options. I tried an Indian-inspired burger along with loaded fries, and they were just what I was craving! This place is definitely worth a visit."

"Absolutely gorgeous! I've only eaten from here using their delivery service but what you get is still absolutely restaurant quality. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The loaded fries are particularly good and it's clear a lot of time and effort goes into every dish. The weekly specials are great and always really different for those who like to be adventurous! The desserts are just on another level... the cheesecakes are just incredible. It is more expensive than your standard takeaway but that's because it isn't your standard takeaway!"

"We absolutely love wings, and it's great that they offer gluten-free options as well. This was our first visit to the actual restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, especially given its location in such a busy area. We shared the garlic and parmesan wings along with the Korean BBQ wings, and they were all delicious. The blue cheese sauce is our favorite! The seating on the upper floor is beautiful, and they even have a soda machine up there."

"here in the front of a gigs in the picturedrome a table. great location next door. very friendly welcome by the barman and good efficient service. one of their burgers would have decided themselves and even though I wasn't really a burger this was delicious with a generous part of the chips . nice pre-concert meal in a beautiful small pub . well recommended."

"If you like wings, look no further. There really is no place better in the Southend Area. All the sauces are made from Scratch, the people behind the brand are passionate about the food that they serve. Eat in or take out, you’re guaranteed a good meal, work your way through the menu, just when I think I’ve found my favourite, I try another sauce and I’m blown away. The restaurant has a real laid back vibe. I just love it. There’s a good selection of alcohol available on offer too. Thank you again Guys!
