"Went to Crave yesterday with my husband and 1 year old. ABSOULITY loved it! As we arrived we were seated in less than a minute, without asking a high chair was given to us for our daughter. The staff are so bubbly, friendly and smiling constantly, the staff build such a rapport with their customers. No matter how busy they are or how tired they may be the staff always greet the customers with a smile and are so friendly. We went there for dinner I had the spicey classic burger, my husband had the club burger, we also had mango smoothy and sweet potatoe fries, chilli con carni fries and imli fries. The food was out of this world. It's a family run place and you can taste the love and passion in the food. This place is worth 10*, out of all the places I have eaten at they have nothing on Crave. This should be Michelin star. Everything at Crave is first class the staff, the food, and the decor. We are definitely coming back, this time for breakfast. The food here is finger licking good. It's worth doing the journey from Birmingham to eat at Crave. I highly recommend Crave. This place has it spot on."

"Rude waiter a table offered to pay for a homeless mans food/hot drink and he was horrible to the homeless man when they was about 30 mins before closing. It was awful to see. Took ages to put a football game on as we had to ask a few times. All the servers seemed like they was rushing everyone out. Only will return again because of chicken wings lol but never have a good experience of customer service and I’ve been around 4/5 times."

"Booked table for 5. When we arrived offered table for 4 with seat placed on end. Declined this table told proper table would be available 20 minutes later. Went for drink in the Back Bar. Returned 30 minutes later and shown to suitable table. Drinks took long time to arrive. Starters average and lacked flavour. Fries over salted and they were changed. The food is lacking in flavour and service is variable. Declined to pay service charge (which I normally do). The Menu is lacking choice and expensive. Time the for the Hard Rock upped their game."

"We used a Groupon and enjoyed 2 meals. I agree paying the full price is a bit silly. We had a double burger each, I opted for cheddar cheese and egg as extras, fat chips and a bottomless drink (help yourself from the machine). The burgers were very satisfying. They look and taste like real meat, not a frozen patty. Fillings were juicy and fresh. Chunky chips were ok and bottomless drinks a bit funny, I think they had too much syrup. The service was exceptionally nice and polite. We are fans of Dubai branch of this institution and shared with the staff who were suitably impressed. I would go again if there was an offer on, the meal filled me up for 24h!"

"before my naked famous concert there were some time to kill, so I went into the seemingly busy – and popular – fatburger in camden town. as it was on Tuesday, there was a special promotion with an additional plump with each burger. yes! However, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, and the waitress directed us to the bar area, where we found bench-style seating. "The restaurant staff were very busy and short-handed, but they remained professional, friendly, and still had smiles on their faces. I ordered a steak that was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked, while the fries were hot and delicious. My sister also enjoyed her ribs. "We came into the restaurant yesterday at 1:15, got seated quickly at the table near the framed badges. Order was taken around 1:30, from there it went downhill. About 4 other tables came in and were presented with food while we were still waiting. The server said he would check where the food was and would then disappear. At one point, he said it would be 5 minutes for it to again, not appear. I asked another server, male with glasses, if he knew where our food was as at this point we'd been waiting nearly 1 hour I was told; we are busy today so im not sure I'll ask your server. No response or acknowledgement from our server or anyone else. Brilliant. It took an hour for our food to be brought out, 3 of which were tiny children's meals. We weren't even offered money off as a goodwill gesture. Absolutely shocking."

"First of all we used the app. Ordered our drinks, saw the tray with them on the bar while the 2 bar staff ignored them and served those at the bar. Got up and collected them myself, one of our drinks was wrong but replaced...with no issue. Ordered food via the app, no garlic bread came with the macaroni cheese, asked the bar staff, informed they had run out and offered bread and butter as an alternative! Nachos arrived in what can only be described as a 1940s war rations tin, lines was paper so all the sauces were stuck on that. Asked the bar staff about it who’s response thankfully was “it’s how they want it, it’s nonsense” just put them in a bowl!! Tried another round of drinks via the app, no pino Grigio on the app but available behind the bar! Outwith that the food was nice and bar staff had a sense of humour about everything!"
