the first time you visit, would return. good food - not the cheapest (although we sirloin steak tbf) have, but can not mistake the service

the decision to have a meal here was very busy, but they took us. faster service, very good customer service, the lady that serves us was pleasantly attentive. eating was delicious as always. in any case back.

Table was slightly late (only by 5-10 minutes) but food was prompt and amazing when served correctly after a few of our plates having the wrong sides/ orders. Amazing Vegetarian and Vegan selections. Staff were pleasant and helpful! View menu

Came here for my nephews birthday meal, waitress was rude, had to take our own drinks up to be refilled as no one visited our table, food wasn’t the best, one of the meals had luke warm chips but again no one came round to...see how if we needed anything else etc. Second time now we’ve had an issue here and the customer services don’t want to know! Unfortunately we won’t be back to the Sutton branch!

My partner ordered ribs which he always enjoys and I had a burger which was also good. However my son's chicken wrap from the kids menu was not good at all. He had to assemble it himself which would have been fine if the salad...wasn't just mainly onion. I might be wrong, but not many kids enjoy raw onion. It would also be good if it came with some fries. He will definitely not be ordering this again. We ended up sharing our food with him.

I came here on September with my employer, and entered my registration on the tablet screen in the restaurant before leaving. Just over a month later receive a parking fine for Asked the restaurant for help, they said there was nothing they could...do it was between me and the parking company. Tried to appeal, but with no success so paid unnecessarily for a fine that I shouldn’t have. Be careful when visiting this place because even if you do enter your reg you get fined. View menu

really nice meal for two and good service! the waitress isabel was great, she was very helpful and attentive, she always ensured that we were satisfied with our meal times and stopped our drinks at low running. all our foods were really nicely cooked and came fast, we had 3 courses and everything tasted fantastic. the cocktails were good and they offer larger portions when they prefer it. overall we had a great meal, as we had several times before. we will return to the future there is also a parking space on the Hostess button that they can enter their car registration for the parking lot.

Without doubt the worst TGIs I’ve ever been to. And it kills me to say that as I’ve been going to Sutton TGIs fa over It’s now a soulless pale imitation of the place it once was. Poor service poor food poor...menu now way overpriced for what they now serve. The head of TGIs should resign immediately and hang their head in shame for what that place has become. It’s heartbreaking- so many great meals in that place so many good memories and now a shadow of its former self. You know it’s bad when you don’t recognise a single member of staff used to be on first name terms with so many of them they’ve all left someone bring the real Fridays back won’t ever be setting foot in there again

Visited for a special birthday meal, when ordering drinks for my year old, we were refused an alcoholic drink, even though he was with parents and it was with a meal. Company policy. Fair enough. What isn't fair enough was upon ordering the same...drink for myself and having replaced the order with a non alcoholic drink, we were told, quite rudely that if we were seen passing drinks around the table we would have the drinks taken away from us. I'm in my and was made to feel like a naughty school child. What made matters worse we were then monitored by the waitresses, who kept checking we were not sharing drinks. We felt under surveillance.
