"Went to Crave yesterday with my husband and 1 year old. ABSOULITY loved it! As we arrived we were seated in less than a minute, without asking a high chair was given to us for our daughter. The staff are so bubbly, friendly and smiling constantly, the staff build such a rapport with their customers. No matter how busy they are or how tired they may be the staff always greet the customers with a smile and are so friendly. We went there for dinner I had the spicey classic burger, my husband had the club burger, we also had mango smoothy and sweet potatoe fries, chilli con carni fries and imli fries. The food was out of this world. It's a family run place and you can taste the love and passion in the food. This place is worth 10*, out of all the places I have eaten at they have nothing on Crave. This should be Michelin star. Everything at Crave is first class the staff, the food, and the decor. We are definitely coming back, this time for breakfast. The food here is finger licking good. It's worth doing the journey from Birmingham to eat at Crave. I highly recommend Crave. This place has it spot on."

"before my naked famous concert there were some time to kill, so I went into the seemingly busy – and popular – fatburger in camden town. as it was on Tuesday, there was a special promotion with an additional plump with each burger. yes! I went for the crispy chicken sandwich and a side of the fat fries but disappointment! there was about a minute waiting for the food and when it arrived, it looked good, but it didn't taste good. the chicken has a crispy, fried crispy and inside was meat, but it was bone dry with not a single sense of a juice. more mayo (or even salate, I dare to say) was urgently needed and the riders also suffered the same problems, it was dry and a hard eating. "Otherwise known as that Chicken Place on Cannon Street, you don’t have to be Tintin to suss that this is a place where Henry Chinaski would be at ease. Tucked away in a discrete side-street off the mostly pedestrianised Fishergate district and a stones throw from Winckley Square, it’s perfect for whiling away the hours gazing at your choice of sports. In true American style the screens are easily visible and cover more than one choice of sport including that peculiar version of rugby that our cousins across the Atlantic call football. Such inanities are suitably pondered over a lovely selection of CAMRA approved Real Ales. Given the inroads made by microbreweries in the US, chances are they’ll feel right at home. On to the food, it’s burgers, buttermilk chicken and fries with more than a casual nods to the vegans amongst us. As Korea discovered after the American incursion, wings and beer are a match made in heaven. The Buffalo sauce is exquisite! Potently pungent and tangy to boot. I suspect the wings are double fried for extra crisping, which is as they should be. The blue cheese sauce was a good ‘un. Well worth a trip even if you have no idea what deflategate was all about."

"My dad lost his wallet in here last week, it was handed in by one of the punters. He returned from Edinburgh the following day to collect it fully intact of cards and money. Neither Kirsty (member of staff) or the person who handed it in would accept any reward for their efforts, 10/10, my dad appreciated it greatly."

"hard stone glass. a typical big rock visit. we sit in the bar for extra talks, but took a table our server was lukewarm. he was one of the best servers of all time. to share a pleasant conversation partner with some interesting layers. the Wednesday lunch option was not too busy and not too full. so that our server has taken a reasonable time with us, there was a Glasgow fan to some of the offers (e.g.) the burgers are well cooked. even if they ask for medium. it was a security. was not over cooked, but was well done and, the apple cooker was amazing."

"We visited today and our Hooters Girl Helen's service was excellent considering she seemed to be the only one serving tables. Hooters is what it is. Is their better places to eat in Nottingham?? Yes, BUT you could say that about most restaurants. Hooters is a great restaurant with a chilled atmosphere. Great food, sport and beer. May be worth attending well in advance if you are eating there before a concert or something as they can get really busy at times. All in all a great experience. Thanks we'll be back"

"Not a great experience for a first time visit. Service was incredibly lame the staff just didn’t seem on the ball at all. 20 mins just to take a drinks order isn’t ideal (only a few covers were present in the restaurant at this point). The meat board was good by way of the meats being cooked very well, but the amount of salt used was just excessive even Salt BAE would have difficulty sprinkling that amount of salt on meat. Our mouths were burning and many, many bottles of mineral water were consumed as a result of how salty the meat was. Further drink orders were place only to be waiting for 15 mins for them to arrive (only after I prompted one of the waiters to bring our drinks to the table). I was then presented with a £18 service charge which I felt was not deserved owing to the front of house staff not providing a dining experience that, at a bare minimum, was hoped for. I opted to pay £5 instead only to be told by the waiter “I’ll remove the whole charge”. He was obviously aware of the poor service we had received. I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning nor will I recommend this restaurant."

"After reading the reviews, we had high expectations for our visit to Mad Dogs on a Thursday evening. However, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, and the waitress directed us to the bar area, where we found bench-style seating. We started with poppers and mozzarella sticks, both of which were generously portioned and delicious. For our main course, we ordered ribs, but unfortunately, they were too dry and not something we would recommend. The overall atmosphere felt a bit lackluster, and the decor was quite plain."

"oh dear, if ever a restaurant has gone to the dogs, this is it! Cheap in house menu's, portions cut by 50%, atmosphere dire, music so load that you could not hold a conversation, even placing an order was difficult. No chardonay, no gamon, no way will this place survive. We used to love it here, everything has been cut to the bone to save cost, the place used to be rammed at the weekends, not today (Sun), the place was less than half full. It will be a long, long time before we come again...if ever.....if it is still open...... The quality of the food was OK, just much, much smaller portions than in the past."

"I went to a restaurant with my friend to celebrate her birthday with cocktails. We went straight to the bar and my friend chose a Woo Woo, her favorite drink. I ordered a large one for her birthday. However, I was disappointed to see the bartender simply pour vodka into a glass and then top it off with fruit juice from a carton and ice. It seemed like I was just paying for a lot of juice and a larger glass rather than a well-made cocktail. It tasted watered down. On the other hand, I ordered a "short cocktail" for myself which was perfectly blended. It was a Cherry Stag made with Jim Beam Black Cherry infused bourbon, amaretto, bols cherry brandy, and lemon juice. It was fantastic, with a cherry on top. My friend's cocktail choice may not have been adventurous, but I believe it could have been better made, especially since it was more expensive."

"Food was of very low quality. Chips had been re-fried at least twice and were rock solid and full of grease. The steak was like rubber. 9 of us went, not one of us had anything good to say about the food apart from 1 that had a hot pot which was ok. Maybe it was a one off, maybe not. "As always brilliant, venue, superb staff and great food. We go there annually for a Christmas family gathering as we are scattered across the southern half of the UK. We always request then snug or side room as it accommodates about 12 of us and we can relax without being overheard. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this place."

"I regularly use this pub with a group of older friends. We get the senior’s meals which are excellent value. They are well cooked and enjoyable and followed with a sweet.
