"Went to Crave yesterday with my husband and 1 year old. ABSOULITY loved it! As we arrived we were seated in less than a minute, without asking a high chair was given to us for our daughter. The staff are so bubbly, friendly and smiling constantly, the staff build such a rapport with their customers. No matter how busy they are or how tired they may be the staff always greet the customers with a smile and are so friendly. We went there for dinner I had the spicey classic burger, my husband had the club burger, we also had mango smoothy and sweet potatoe fries, chilli con carni fries and imli fries. The food was out of this world. It's a family run place and you can taste the love and passion in the food. This place is worth 10*, out of all the places I have eaten at they have nothing on Crave. This should be Michelin star. Everything at Crave is first class the staff, the food, and the decor. We are definitely coming back, this time for breakfast. The food here is finger licking good. It's worth doing the journey from Birmingham to eat at Crave. I highly recommend Crave. This place has it spot on."

"Great place to eat. I had the 15 wings for a tenner .. Best I've ever tasted! Wife had the chicken burger thing. Also delicious. Fast delivery to table, staff were lovely and served with a smile. Drink prices a bit high, but in line with other eateries in the area. Food prices were very good! We will be back!"

"It's the hard rock cafe an institution. When I first came to London I loved visiting here with the great atmosphere, the music and food. I wasn't disappointed. It was very busy and they managed to squeeze us in. I loved it. It brought back fond memories of coming here with friends and soaking it all in. Food was great, the milkshake wasn't thick enough but I had an awesome time. It hasn't lost it's old world charm. I recommend it to people visiting and the prices are affordable. "We used a Groupon and enjoyed 2 meals. I agree paying the full price is a bit silly. We had a double burger each, I opted for cheddar cheese and egg as extras, fat chips and a bottomless drink (help yourself from the machine). The burgers were very satisfying. They look and taste like real meat, not a frozen patty. Fillings were juicy and fresh. Chunky chips were ok and bottomless drinks a bit funny, I think they had too much syrup. The service was exceptionally nice and polite. We are fans of Dubai branch of this institution and shared with the staff who were suitably impressed. I would go again if there was an offer on, the meal filled me up for 24h!"

"I enjoyed the atmosphere but the service was slow if somewhat non-existent. At no stage were we asked if we'd like other drinks other than the initial drinks order. The food was horrible. My mother asked for her steak medium rare and it came burnt and overdone. My father had asked for loaded fries and got plain chips. The twisted Mac and cheese I had was ok but the garlic bread was inedible due to not being properly cooked I've been to a few hard rock cafes over the years but would not go back to the Glasgow one again."

"before my naked famous concert there were some time to kill, so I went into the seemingly busy – and popular – fatburger in camden town. as it was on Tuesday, there was a special promotion with an additional plump with each burger. yes! I went for the crispy chicken sandwich and a side of the fat fries but disappointment! there was about a minute waiting for the food and when it arrived, it looked good, but it didn't taste good. the chicken has a crispy, fried crispy and inside was meat, but it was bone dry with not a single sense of a juice. more mayo (or even salate, I dare to say) was urgently needed and the riders also suffered the same problems, it was dry and a hard eating. "After reading the reviews, we had high expectations for our visit to Mad Dogs on a Thursday evening. However, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, and the waitress directed us to the bar area, where we found bench-style seating. We started with poppers and mozzarella sticks, both of which were generously portioned and delicious. "Came here for a meal with friends, service was shocking we sat for about 10/15 minutes and still hadn’t had a drink order placed. Not once did anyone ask us how our food was or if we wanted a refill. We then caught someone and asked if we could order, he continued to roll his eyes at us and told us he would go get someone. The wait between starter and main was easily over an hour and when the food did arrive it was dry, looked like it’d been sat for ages and was overall not nice at all. Would not come back or recommend anyone else to. I don’t usually leave a review but I thought this was needed as I am struggling to think of anything good about the experience."

"Been down to jungle grill recently for the first time.. after a visit to Stockport from Rochdale. During my entrance I can see the staff had been proactively cleaning the tables, I could see the environment generally clean.. we ordered one of their platters.. just blown away mash melted away soft and fluffy..the chicken was juicey cooked to perfection everything else on the plate went well together. I don't think 1 person can finish this as it's big portion size. Staff were very approachable and the sauce on the side free to use (assuming becuase I just took it) Thank you for the good service, food has been recommended to friends and family."

"As always brilliant, venue, superb staff and great food. We go there annually for a Christmas family gathering as we are scattered across the southern half of the UK. "First of all we used the app. Ordered our drinks, saw the tray with them on the bar while the 2 bar staff ignored them and served those at the bar. Got up and collected them myself, one of our drinks was wrong but replaced...with no issue. Ordered food via the app, no garlic bread came with the macaroni cheese, asked the bar staff, informed they had run out and offered bread and butter as an alternative! Nachos arrived in what can only be described as a 1940s war rations tin, lines was paper so all the sauces were stuck on that. Asked the bar staff about it who’s response thankfully was “it’s how they want it, it’s nonsense” just put them in a bowl!! Tried another round of drinks via the app, no pino Grigio on the app but available behind the bar! Outwith that the food was nice and bar staff had a sense of humour about everything!"
