"An order was placed for delivery by 19:55 through Just Eat which you accepted. App says it was delivered at 19:55, it was not. The driver turned up at 23:15 saying he only got the order 10 mins ago! Had been trying to contact you from 21:30 onwards but couldn't get through. I fully understand that things are busy and waiting times may be longer for delivery but this is ridiculous. Not one phone call to advise of delay. This was supposed to be a birthday treat for my 11yr old. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Would never order from here again."

"I am a big fan. I had an amazing service, the waitress was very helpful and kind. My fiance eats gluten free, but she was still able to eat a nice meal with us. My son also loved the visit and did not have to wait long for his food. Will definitely revisit, this is a really family friendly restaurant."

"I made a reservation for a table for seven people online. When we arrived at the appointed time, we were seated immediately. The server took our drink orders promptly. We started with some delicious sides and Prawn Crackers with a sweet chili dip as appetizers. The mains were served one after the other, each dish freshly cooked and exceptional. I have dined here multiple times and will continue to come back."

"Very disappointing experience. I love PF Chang in the US so I was excited to find it in London and see my favourite dishes on the menu. That was as close as it got to the real thing! Lettuce wraps were too smoky. Chicken dumplings were tasty. Mongolian beef chewy and seasoning was all wrong with a lot of raw spring onions thrown in and that was it. Orange chicken was very soft and sauce gluey. Both main courses felt like they’d been sitting on the side for too long before being served. We were not offered a second drink despite our glasses being empty from after our starters. When I ordered my first drink, I had asked the waitress that I was interested in 3 cocktails and asked her opinion which she gave and it was delicious. A savvy waitress would have come back to see if we wanted to try the others! She also didn’t offer desserts or coffee so we had desserts elsewhere. It wasn’t a bad experience, just disappointing. Will not be returning."

"where should I start? starts with a phone call (2pm) asking if I still need my table for 2 around 7pm, not really how I booked a table of 3 and confirmed my booking confirmation 3 people. I didn't think a problem was really wrong, but...now they're aware that there are actually 3 people as a confirmation. we should be so happy, we arrive on time at 7 o'clock the host on the writing rushes to his colleague to get her place a chair on the temporary table for 2 (this table has been booked since over 2 weeks) we are placed on a table that can only be described as coffee table that does not fit to eat. the waitress comes then all I can say is that I have never met such an rude waitress, I can suspect that she finds an alternative career, since hospitable is clearly not her field. no person should ever feel at eating, we were sitting for 10 minutes they were asking us 4 times when we were ready to order, we ordered our drinks, as we felt, so rushed into order something, she then asked about our food order, we did not say quite ready for eating again, so she rolled her eyes down and just went and had a good old moan about us to her colleagues. that was that the camels returned for us. we decided to leave the manager we left, she asked us what the problem was and to be honest, she couldn't take care less."

"THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP TO A TGI FRIDAY RESTAURANT. I WAS SHOCKED AT THE OVERPRICED MEALS ON THEIR MENU. THE QUALITY OF THE MEALS WAS POOR, I WOULD SAY TO MAXIMISE PROFIT. "Our experience at Papa's Wok was very positive. We appreciated the variety of meat and vegetarian options available. The veg spring rolls we ordered were tasty and we received an extra one, which was a nice surprise. The chicken dish we tried was delicious, with the chicken tooan standing out for its flavor compared to the dragon chicken. The gobi manchurian and stirring vegetables were both well-seasoned and enjoyable. We also tried the sweet and chili and garlic rice, both of which came in a box. The chili and garlic rice was tasty but not as spicy as expected. However, the plant noodles were disappointing as they lacked flavor and were quite bland. The portion sizes of the big box were generous and we were impressed by the amount of food. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Papa's Wok and would definitely order from them again."

Then waited forever for the drinks, during which time I ordered my food, from the exceptionally reduced menu, resulting in what I can only call an overpriced McDonalds with “beef sauce” tasting like a watered down stock, Drinks arrived (eventually) with lots of apologies, but over all not worth the money. "Went for an evening meal with friends. The way this restaurant works is all you can eat but made to order. I have been coming to Peaches for many years, and it still does not disappoint. The food is beautiful and served in small portions like Chinese Tapas!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offered for our starters to just bring out a selection, which handily took some of the deciding time away for us. I just about managed to shoehorn in a desert (they have a gateau/cheesecake of the day normally). I highly recommend the Eton Mess cheesecake! Already planning to return in 2 weeks time."

"Party of 3 people, we all had our meals separately, about 20 minutes apart. My meal was luke warm but l ate it anyway as l couldn't be bothered to complain. We asked where are the other meals and they said the order on the screen didn't go to the kitchen and they would give it priority My brothers meal came 20 minutes after, l had finished eating mine, another 15 minutes went by and then my wife's meal arrived. It was cold so it went back to the kitchen to be reheate. That took another 15 minutes to get it back. My wife was so annoyed she lost the will to eat it and ate a little. The location is very nice but the service is very poor and will not be going for a meal their again.Not to be recommended .rate only 0/10."

"I absolutely adore Sumo, as I have been a regular customer for years. Recently, I decided to try their takeaway option and ordered the sushi platter and classic katsu curry. The portions were generous, and I had plenty of leftover curry to enjoy the next day. The sushi was always fresh and delicious, and I appreciate that they offer a takeaway option (although you must collect it yourself, as they do not offer delivery). The restaurant can be quite quiet at times, which may make you feel like you have to speak softly because of the small space. However, this wouldn't deter me from coming back because the food is simply fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive."

"We were not prepared for the flavour journey Kazoku we're taking us on. Beautiful, simply. Divine. Magical. A journey through taste that we haven't experienced before. The plum wine, the serving of the food in intervals, the clinical knowledge the staff had of the food. We would like to personally commend the chefs for allowing us to try their food.
