"We had a nice meal here yesterday. Georgia our waitress, really took care of us and was so friendly. Menu seems to have changed, but we were told that it will change next week, so will be interesting to see what new things they have. We downloaded the app and get a free dessert to make it worthwhile. We were really full after our starters and nets, but so Georgia kindly sunk our Keksteig in a large milkshake cup and we could take it away with us to enjoy later. All in all, a good meal and I would highly recommend the Times Square Big Share. There is always an entertaining atmosphere at TGI’s, but it would be nice to see that there will eventually be a renovation... I've been here for 20 years or so and can't remember that the decor is changing at all! That said it's a cool place to see with many interesting things and serves good food and great cocktails, so it's worth checking safely."

"We were not prepared for the flavour journey Kazoku we're taking us on. Beautiful, simply. Divine. Magical. A journey through taste that we haven't experienced before. The plum wine, the serving of the food in intervals, the clinical knowledge the staff had of the food. We would like to personally commend the chefs for allowing us to try their food. "My wife and two of our friends visited this establishment on Saturday 4th of May. My experience at this restaurant was both good and bad however the bad overweighted the good. We had only sat down and in less than a minute a young man asked us if we were ready to order drinks (we hadn’t even looked at the menu) the same man asked us a total of 3 times within 5/10 minutes if we were ready to order, which made us feel rushed. Our starters arrived fast and we enjoyed them. We had then got warm plates for our main course, however we sat with the plates and no food for about 5 minutes which didn’t make sense as our plates were then cold and noticed that this was a common occurrence within the restaurant as a few other tables seemed to have been sitting with empty plates. The food itself was flavourful and was high quality. The views of the water are beautiful. The atmosphere was lively and staff were friendly however some seemed rushed as the girl who served us our food physically ran back down the restaurant this along with being rushed to order was not polite. Overall our food and drinks were delicious and our interactions with most of the staff was pleasant."

"Friendly service, albeit could be improved. Considering we were the only customers there, was pretty slow. Food was average, compared to other Thai places around the Alti/ Manchester area. I think it 's a reasonable eat if you 're craving Thai and happen to be around the corner but places like Try Thai in town are a few notches up. Perhaps I 'll give the ala carte a chance, places like these always serve a watered down version of their food for lunch menus but imho still no excuse."

"Had a fantastic family lunch today at the Crown Inn in Messingham. Sunday lunch offers 2 courses traditional roast lunch for £9.95 or 2 courses from the Thai menu, also for £9.95. We chose Prawn Tom Yam soup which was a fresh light spicy broth with plenty of veg noodles with king prawns. Followed by a Green Chicken curry with half portion rice half portion chips. An excellent portion of tasty curry with plenty of chicken breast. The presentation was excellent. Other family members chose roast chicken roast beef meals which were served with both roast mashed potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding plenty of vegetables with a jug of gravy. With good service a friendly waitress, we shall definitely return."

"First, we enjoyed a taste of their homemade soup, followed by an afternoon tea stand that featured scones with marmalade. The next layer included mushrooms in a delicious cheese and garlic sauce (absolutely fabulous!), pork in a light broth, and sweet potatoes. For dessert, we indulged in white chocolate lemon mousse and tablet. Everything was beautifully presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, and all the food served during the afternoon tea was homemade and delicious. It's clear they know their menu inside and out, and I will definitely be returning to Linlithgow, not just for the afternoon tea, but also to enjoy a proper meal. This place is a must-visit! It was not just good; it was fantastic!"

"Just got our first ever meal from here using Just Eat and honestly blown away by the quality, portion size, taste and presentation. They use perfect delivery containers to ensure the food stays how it should be and keeps its temperature. The fajitas came all seperate so you can do them just how you like them. I'm just gutted I forgot to add my burger to the order based on how everything else looked and tasted. We had: Haggis Mac n Cheese, Chippotle Chorizzo Mac n Cheese, Chicken Fajitas, salt and chilli chips, normal chips and poutine with chicken (the best chips, cheese and gravy ever! . Honestly can't fault anything at all and if the take away delivery tastes this good we'll be coming in soon!"

"I have never felt so welcomed in a pub before, all thanks to Ben and his amazing staff at this hidden gem. My family stumbled upon this pub during a camping trip and were greeted with friendly staff and excellent hospitality. We decided to stay for a meal and were blown away by the delicious Brasenose burger. Special thanks to Rebecca for being so wonderful with our 5-year-old daughter. "I ordered a variety of cooked dishes which included chicken skewers, ribs, special fried rice, and salmon dinner. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The chicken skewers were barely edible and the salmon dinner was terrible. The salmon tasted fishy and did not seem fresh. The rice was overcooked and mushy. The beef ribs were salty, hard, and appeared to have been reheated. Even the chicken skewers seemed to have been microwaved. The special fried rice lacked typical ingredients such as egg and onion, and was simply white rice with soy sauce and tough pieces of beef, chicken, and a couple of shrimp. Additionally, the teriyaki sauce on the salmon had a strange, jelly-like consistency. Overall, I would rate this meal zero stars as the food was inedible and simply awful."

"Sam's review: Tl;dr: Enjoyable food, quick service, halal food justifies the price. Arrival Visited with a party of 2 at 7PM. The main restaurant was fully booked out, but we were instead seated at the adjacent restaurant Wokooshii- a sister restaurant. I appreciated the decision, meaning we were sat down promptly. Service I had no issue with service, but likewise had nothing to praise about it, besides our chairs being pulled out for us, which was a nice gesture. The food arrived reasonably quickly. Food We ordered 3 starters. The squid was well-cooked and lightly seasoned. The second was Lai Wong Bau: aglutinous rice ball with a coconut custard centre. It was well made: soft, warm and gooey. Whilst it felt more like a dessert, it was very tasty. The coconut custard wasn't too strong a taste, which for my coconut disliking palate was appreciated. Our final starter was prawn meat in fu pei wrap. It reminded me of traditional Asian hot pot dumplings. We opted to not go for mains as we were going to sample other restaurants too. Final Thoughts The fact that Yang Sing Cathay is halal was a big selling point for us. Our only complaint would be price, but considering the cost of halal ingredients this was justified. I'd recommend Yang Sing Cathay to others."

"The man at the desk was lovely and kindly lead up to our table and opened the door to greet us out, but our waiter’s service was poor. He seemed like a nice guy, but never came to check on us until it was the bill time. My fries never arrived despite the waiter saying that “here’s all your food, is there anything else you want”, and when I asked where my chips were he said “they’re on their way”, even though I saw him never go to the kitchen. He didn’t come over for 15 minutes and until he cleared our plates he asked “did your fries ever arrive btw”. Surely, that was his duty during our meal and not several time after we had finished. I’m a waiter myself, so I understand we forget things, but this was forgetting it three times. Once to not put it through, 2. To say they’re on their way and then not follow up, 3. To only notice after clearing and never checking prior. My tacos were also very cold."

"cocktails were amazing man tried one he had never before and was very impressed as I was with the snuckles when I drove a good choice and all with fresh fruits just negatiw a little to much ice in a few tasty and not enough juice, but very tasty and I had not felt that I was missing on a cocktail with alcohol as they were so nice! it was tested a few of the food dishes and was not disappointed the jack daniels sauce loved! we really enjoyed the band and the music she played, all of them especially lad on the box drum!"

"Waited ages to be served, when we were we had a nice girl who took our order and food was out pretty quick. "Overall a lovely evening with friends, food lovely, waitresses great. But just a couple of points that niggled me. Used to come a lot here before covid and always used to do “dine in style” as we did this evening. Bread and butter used to be complimentary but now it’s charged for. Don’t get me wrong, I totally understand cost of things have gone up and I was more than happy to pay, but if I was to say “I’d of liked some bread with my butter” would you know what I mean?… 4 mouthfuls of bread, ie 1 per person (as the menu does state, serves 4) was not impressed by that. The 3 courses we had though were spot on… all beautifully presented tasted as good as they looked. Service, as always, very good, waitresses all very happy friendly and extremely attentive. My next point that annoyed me slightly was when we went down to the casino tables. Love a game of roulette, used to be a 25p, 50p £1 table… now all tables were £1… then to be told our £5 chip that we got in our dine in style package couldn’t be changed for £1 chips the £5 had to be played in one go. All for places needing to build money back up after covid, cost of living increases etc… but in all honesty it could potentially do more harm than good. May sound daft after having such a nice evening, but I won’t be as quick to head back, and unfortunately where I used to rave to friends family about how good it was, that will be the thing now, how good it “was” and not “is”…"

"Booked for double birthday, party of 7, nice big table and plentiful prawn crackers before we ordered. Super friendly staff, one in particular (presume owner was so cheerful and made sure everyone was having a good time. We went for a set menu, blimey, so much food! Starter selection was good, although not keen on the crispy basket things, not my taste. Duck was good, pancakes a plenty so didn’t run out. Nice breaks between courses as well so you could let the previous one go down before the next. Main dishes were great, the Thai curry was fantastic as were the king prawns. So much food there was enough left to box up for the teenagers dinner the following day. Meal was finished off with an ice cream with umbrellas and candles for the birthday people, and everyone in the restaurant was encouraged to sing along (courtesy of the owner! . Embarrassing? Maybe if it had just been us celebrating but it seemed every table in that night had a birthday so it was sung at least 5 times, all good fun!"
