Felt like the average food youd get in the market stands and very small portions. Service is rushed and hardly much rice to meat ratio. Other than that its ok.

Nice decor, service was good, food was pretty poor. Didn't really feel like anything banged. Best part was the egg fried rice side.. which is hard to get wrong. Glad I tried it, wouldn't go again.

Excellent service, great food normally, mongolian beef was slightly tough on this occasion! Table space got crowded as they served starters and mains together. Apart from this staff were very pleasant and overall enjoyable experience!

Poor service, delay cold untimely food, gave half of main course much earlier than the other half. We had 6 people and one of them had come from America all the way here and he wasn’t impressed. I have eaten PF chang few times but am sorry I won’t come again.

The food was OK not worth the money in my opinion, it tasted like street food worth £5 6 max. Very salty too. The service was also OK, we had a nice waitress who was quick to replace and apologise when we found a hair in our calamari. The dessert and starters were my favourite. I’d recommend trying it once if you’re REALLY curious, but personally I won’t be coming back! :

The reason why I gave a 3 stars was because of the service was very poor, most staff walked passed empty drink and plates on the table and then still tried to squish more plates on to the table. There was one gentleman that worked there he was amazing and he was new to the restaurant but he tried his best. The noodles was very over cooked. The toilets was an ice rink so please be careful when going into the woman's and the men's toilet. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL WE WAS OVER CHARGED FOR OUR DRINKS. The drink cost £9.00 on the menu however was charged £9.50

We went there for dinner, as we arrived more than half of the restaurant were empty but the asked us to wait for 30 minutes, we understand that as they may have staff shortage but when the time came to dine the give us a table with high chairs which wasn’t comfy at all. There were many empty normal tables which we asked twice if we can use instead but staff keep refusing and saying it is booked. We spent an hour there and those tables still empty. This is the reason why I’m giving a low rating as customer service is not really good. We couldn’t enjoy the food because of this. We booked our table nearly two Months in advance and treated my mum to a full course for Mother’s day. Her favourite side and dish was the ‘Dynamite prawns’ that are placed in a Martini glass. If you’re into prawns etc then this restaurant is for you. Their Mother’s Day cocktail was lovely but would be a hit and miss. I loved the first glass that I ordered another but the second was way too sugary, I couldn’t finish it. I expected a lot more from Mongolian beef (I’m not a big fan of prawns or seafood) but realise the cuisine seems more Vietnamese more than Thai or Chinese and so was quite underwhelming for me personally. after 45 minutes still had not received food or drink (coke nothing fancy) whilst all tables around had received food and drink even though we ordered way before them. Had to get up and remind the waiter of our existence. We then got our drinks and 1 item of food .. they then bring us the wrong meal and claim they had a technical issue and had to retake our order after 1 hour. We order our dessert as well so they have time to get this sorted. Whilst waiting for our food still they decide to bring us 1 dessert which we send back.
